Desert Oasis with Pool & Mountain Views
This beautiful National Park themed Desert oasis is situated in a quiet residential area with stunning mountain views. The house is equipped with all the modern facilities. The backyard hosts a newly re-modelled large deep pool that overlooks stunning Western San Jacinta mountains. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the pool. The patio is complete with sectional patio set, dining set, outdoor bar, gas grill and fire pit are all available for your use.
The indoor decoration follows the National Park theme all around the house. The mid century styled living space comes with big screen TV with Netflix/Disney plus/Hulu/ESPN/HBO max and cable app with all the popular channels. The High Speed Internet/WIFI makes it an optimum place for remote working. The spacious floor plan allows for an indoor breakfast nook in addition to the dining room space that overlooks the pool and the mountains.
The kitchen is equipped with all that you would need for your long stay. It comes with stainless steel refrigerator, toaster-oven, traditional toaster, Instapot, electric kettle, microwave, gas burner, Coffee maker, Baking utensils, dishwasher, and stainless steel/non stick pots and pans.
Bedroom 1: The Zion/Bryce themed master bedroom with queen bed, has an attached bathroom and walk in closet, and comes with a 32 inch TV.
Bedroom 2: The Glacier National Park themed 2nd bedroom offers a cool space with queen bed and 32 inch TV.
Bedroom 3: The Yosemite room with 2 twin sized beds is perfect for additional adults and children with its own closet.
From the living hall is the garage access, where guests can park up to two vehicles. Washer and dryer are also in the garage.

Guests will be responsible for the entire gas, water and electric bills from check-in to check out. This will allow them to have the freedom to use AC and pool heating as they see fit. An upfront deposit will be collected for these utilities, in addition to the security deposit to guarantee payment of the utility charges.

Trash goes out ever Tuesday
The minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties. CATHEDRAL CITY has strict noise ordinances for rentals which must be followed.
No sound amplifying devices (Speakers) may be used outside, if used inside noise shall not be heard from outside the property. The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am is prohibited.
Check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 10am. Early check-in may be available, and we can only confirm a day before the arrival if that is feasible. Please ask us if interested.
An additional written contract needs to be signed by the guest which you will be sent before your arrival. A full copy of the agreement can be made available to you prior to confirming the reservation. Please ask for it if you wish to see it.
The guest needs to sent the government-issued ID for all the adult guests.
The house is dog-friendly and only open for dogs over 1 year of age, and on flea treatment. If less than one year old, please contact prior to booking. There is a non refundable payment of a pet fee of $150/pet.
PLEASE NOTE: All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Cathedral City follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Cathedral City property is worth the extra effort. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
