Make your island vacation dreams come true in this beautifully renovated 3BR, 2.5BA Queen's Grant Villa for 6 located in prestigious Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! Enjoy the amazing amenities within short walks to the beach, golf course, tennis, General Store, and several popular restaurants.

This end-unit has a cheery and spacious living and dining area inside with great natural light and just perfect for movie and game nights. There is a primary suite with king bed and full bath on the main floor, a powder room, and fully-equipped kitchen just perfect for preparing the morning coffee, a picnic lunch for the beach, or a delicious dinner to enjoy indoors or outside on the expansive deck with grill, dining area and lounging space. Upstairs you have two large guest rooms, each with queen bed, and they share a beautiful Jack and Jill bath. And, the large backyard can be enjoyed year-round.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week staying at 545 Queen's Grant. It's very well located in Palmetto Dunes, close to the beach, shops, and cycle paths. The house was in great condition, and the property management was excellent in helping us both before check-in and during our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inside of property was very basic and acceptable but not anything special. Basically like a 3 star hotel that was clean but uninspring. We had stayed in an identical set-up unit a few years earlier that was exceptional due to the upgrades that were invested inside and comparing the two units this was a disappointment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Welcome bag with goodies provided upon arrival. Very minor issues-- the door lock was a bit wonky and you had to pull door hard to make sure locked. Would have been great if maintenance folks would blow off the deck area and sidewalk-- lots of leaves, etc. Also be advised that there is a golf cart path that goes by one window near the driving range and that people cut through the back yard area to get to other condos-- this did not bother us but might be an annoyance to some people. Overall, we had a very good experience with this unit.
