Great stay in horseshoe reservoir! Beautifully wildlife and sunrises. Property was fully stocked with everything we needed, clean, and host was very communicative.

Property is a great location, driveway is tough but doable. Beds were comfy, deck needs work and seemed a bit unstable. Cleanliness was not great in the kitchen and basement.

We did want to clarify that our deck was completely redone just two years ago and has been well maintained, so we were surprised to hear that it felt unstable. Regarding the cleanliness concerns, we recently brought on a new cleaning professional, and we sincerely apologize that the kitchen and basement did not meet your expectations. Loved everything about this property; Location to Horse Tooth & downtown Fort Collins. The Sunrise every morning was better than the previous one. The Deer coming to visit in the morning. Loved everything except the driveway, my front wheel drive Trailblazer had issues getting up the driveway. I will be back just need to drive my all wheel drive Durango. Thank you

2nd stay at this property. Owners are always very prompt and responsive. Beautiful views, especially watching the sun come up! Loved hanging out with the deer in mornings. Very comfortable accommodations, lots of towels, kitchen had everything we needed. Some of the plates and bowls are chipped but there are plenty of others. We kayaked & swam at the reservoir- I would recommend wearing water shoes. Spent some time in Old Town which has several fun shops & local artists paintings, ceramics & such. Property is dog friendly. Sunrise picture was taken from top deck.

This home was beautiful with a stunning view . House had everything you needed to prepare meals. My daughter was moving from Fort Collins to Florida and I wanted her last days to be special and this property did the trick. Thank you!!

The property is located in a cool area with a beautiful view. We spent a lot of time on back deck. House was comfortable. Futon in basement was not big enough for adult and the basement was not a sleep able area in my opinion. Owner was nice and responsive. We saw lots of deer on the property.

We had the best few days at the Lake View Casa. It was the perfect place to hang out on our Spring Break. We brought our two dogs, and the property is definitely dog friendly. We enjoyed time on the deck, and we were delighted to meet some new furry wild friends.

We came to Fort Collins for my niece’s birthday, and what a great weekend! The house was fantastic and perfect for what we needed. We loved being so close to the marina, where we rented kayaks and jet skis.The location was wonderful—we got to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the mountains while still being close to the city. The area is beautiful, with amazing views.Before our stay, I read a few reviews mentioning the steep driveway and the upstairs bedrooms being warm. The driveway is definitely steep, but you’re in the mountains, so that’s somewhat expected. We had absolutely no trouble getting up or down. As for the upstairs bedroom, we didn’t have any issues with the temperature at all.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and a great weekend. Thank you so much—we would definitely stay here again!

The view was very nice. The property is very nice. I would just advise that the driveway is a little bit of a challenge but as probably expected with it being on a hillside.

With that said, we’ve had plenty of guests get their boats up the driveway, we’ve had motorcycles and we’ve even had a few guests with RV’s get up the driveway with no problems. It is somewhat steep, but, it is very doable. I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise!
