Parking was in a secure one car garage. We did not have to worry about parking a second car.We were in Fort Collins to visit our daughter’s family, so ate all our lunches and dinners there. The kitchen had enough utensils for breakfast for the four of us.

Clean spacious rooms, kitchen, living room, etc. Street parking was a little hard to find because the garage door was not working, but the host communicated to us ahead of time about that, which was helpful for planning. Overall a nice place to stay.

Perfect for our weekend for a wedding. Beds were comfortable. Loved that coffee was provided. Train was loud. Though I didn’t use the earplugs, I appreciated the gesture.

This condo was so nice to stay at. We loved how clean it was and the space in the condo was great - so much space that we could all feel comfortable for the long weekend. It was also really nice to have an attached garage to park in while there. The location was great for everything we were doing while in town for our son’s wedding. We will definitely stay here again when back in town, we highly recommend it.

In Ft Collin’s for the wedding of a niece and family visit. Pros: Location in a newer housing development that was very pleasing and quiet. Beds were quite comfortable and bathrooms well equipped as was the kitchen. Large garage that accommodated two cars. Hannah was very responsive to our needs. Otherwise everything in the listing was accurate. Cons: Garage opener would be nice. Biggest con was the train tracks that were close to the building. No set schedule and LOUD whistles as it approached a nearby crossing.

Started out rough but ended up being amazing

We had a couple issues to start, but nothing the host was responsible for. They were very accommodating to the situation. The home was absolutely beautiful and had a wonderful view of the mountains!

Family visit

Good location for us—about 2 miles from family. Heard trains twice each night—not a problem. House is very clean with a well equipped kitchen. One improvement would be a remote garage door opener to use in vehicle. Hope to stay here again.

Excellent stay

We rented this property to attend a nephews wedding. First and foremost, this home was extremely clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room and bathrooms to accommodate the many getting ready for a wedding. The location was less than 5 minutes away from many of the bars and restaurants that Fort Collins has to offer. The beds were so comfortable, almost as good as my own. There was ample stock for all of the necessities needed for my family. As for the train, I only heard it once and found it so amusing. As a native New Yorker, no noise rattles me. I would stay there again in a NY minute. Thank you, property owner, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful, big, clean, and beautifully decorated home!

We loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable beds, everything you need. A highlight was access to the two community pools which our kids loved, we spent a lot of time there!
