Located within minutes of the beach this charming home offers an open floor plan great for entertaining with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Large screened porch where you can relax and enjoy this peaceful retreat. : TV is Netflix-Prime and some local channels . Please ask about our cancelation policy. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Reviewer Comments: the house was great for us. we were supposed to be 4 people but as things go, it was only us 2. great having a bedroom o. the first floor. the kitchen had everything, and i usually pack a "kitchen" bag. i brought my own linens anyway, as i have a travel bag for them too, but having a home with linnens too was nice. my husband loved the screened porch. and having a washer/dryer is a big plus.i would definately rent this home again!

Acorn is such a little sanctuary.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this place. We make sure to leave it as clean as we found it each time, because we truly wish it was our home. We love the location. As a Wildlife/Bird Photographer, it’s perfect for me. It was a little annoying that yard work was scheduled during our trip, and workers woke up my wife trying to sleep in on vacation. But it wasn’t terrible. We do wish there was a king bed in the main bedroom as well. That may prevent us from going back. But outside of that. We love this place. I miss it already.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed our week at Acorn in August 2022. We liked how convenient it is to the beach road, yet set in a community. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the large kitchen had plenty of cookware, silverware, dishes, and glasses (though no water filter). We loved eating on the big screen porch, too, which felt private. It made traveling easier knowing that linens, toilet paper, and tissues were provided. Remember to bring salt, pepper, spices, and either ice cube trays or a bag of ice. The folks at Harbour Rentals gave us directions to find the community kayak put-in, but it still wasn’t easy; it might be helpful if exact directions (with a photo) were put into the notebook in the house.
