Waterfront on the Assateague Channel! The Sea Tag Lodge is loved by all for the views, dock, and ideal location. Perfect for kayakers, bikers, bird watchers, and those that like to play on the nearby playground!

2-bedroom, 1 bath condo with a dedicated boat slip on a large, private floating dock on the Assateague Channel across from the Lighthouse.

Bedroom 1:  Queen bed and flat screen tv
Bedroom 2:  Twin over Full bunkbed and a flat screen tv for DVDs viewing only.  Closet includes a Pack-n-Play crib. 
Living Area:  Wifi, Direct TV

Located 200 yards from Memorial Park and playground, launch your boat and pull up to the dock in minutes.  Watch the sunrise as ponies graze on the banks of Assateague.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck or your dinner of fresh crabs caught off the dock at the picnic table just outside your back door.  

Common grounds have 4 charcoal grills for your use as well as a laundry room with coin operated commercial washer and dryers.

Mother/Daughter Getaway
This was the second time my mom and I stayed at Nikki and Jason’s lovely condo. It is a terrific home that we will come back to whenever we can. It is very clean, well supplied, and has wonderful views. Thank you so much for sharing your relaxing and peaceful space on the water with us!

Cozy, quiet, and clean for a perfect getaway
From the clear communication from owner to the perfect location and property, this is definitely a place we will be revisiting. Minor keyless entry issue handled promptly and happily for access upon check in. Walked into a clean and inviting condo with spectacular views and location. Thank you for a great weekend!

Practically perfect
The condo decor was very tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils, dishes, pans, etc. The location was exactly where I wanted to be. I used my binoculars to see the Chincoteague ponies every day we were there, and we had a perfect view of the lighthouse. I would highly recommend this particular condo for one or two adults or a family. It's very near a park and there was even a pack 'n play stored away for a little one.

Cute Beach Condo
This property was great! You could tell the great updates they have done to the property. We had a great stay for our first annual beach vacation since 2019. The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Nikki was quick to answer any questions and helpful even before we had booked. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the island!

We have been visiting Chincoteague for many years. We enjoy all the amenities the Island has to offer. Our days are filled with outdoor activities: boating, clamming, walking the beach, fishing, running, biking, hunting, and much more! Our entire family is happy here!

This property is perfect. We love that it has a dock for our boat, a beautiful view, is close to the playground, and a perfect spot to view Pony Penning events.
