Rare Updated Oceanfront Wrightsville Beach Home

One of the best homes Wrightsville Beach has to offer! Our house is one of only a few oceanfront houses in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. There are stunning views from two full-length decks, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a rare private yard. The main area of town is about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away. The combination of incredible ocean views, quiet neighborhood, and proximity to town are hard to beat. We look forward to welcoming you to our Wrightsville Beach home!

We are currently renting this house out for the months of June, July, and August. We only allow check-in/out on Saturdays for stays in 7-day increments. We sometimes have flexibility at the beginning/end of summer or on short notice. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Perfect location

We had a lovely family vacation here with 8 people. Our stay was peaceful and we enjoyed a walk to the beach ( 2 minutes) every day and a walk to the coffee shop (about 15 minutes) The house had everything we needed to make several big dinners. Maybe bring your own spices but other than that the house was equipped and delightful.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of three sons and their significant others and one small grandson as well as my husband and myself. It’s a very short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood setting. It was very comfortable and relaxing and plenty of room to spread out. The views of the ocean from the upper deck were lovelyThe kitchen was nicely equipped. We made many delicious meals in house. The owners were so easy to work with and incredibly responsive. Incredible home

I have been coming to Wrightsville Beach for many years. This home is best place we have ever stayed. The communication was world class. The house is so perfectly located. It was clean and had all the amenities one would hope for. Mike and Mindy were a delight to work with. Would stay in the home every year!

Great house!

We had a great time at the place. Tom and Mandy are very thoughtful hosts. It’s a great location, easy walk to Johnny Mercers pier, Shark Bar, and a few more blocks to Adapt. And we had unseasonably warm weather for New Year’s, making our stay all that much better. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house is very nicely appointed. Will definitely come back.

Great house with amazing views

Our hosts were easy to reach and very responsive. The house was gorgeous and nicely stocked with paper and plastic products! The living area and kitchen were expansive and easy to hang out in. The kitchen was appointed with lots of cookware, sharp knifes (!) and dishes and lovely to cook in. The view from the master was magnificent. Can't wait to stay here again.

Owners were incredibly responsive whenever I had any questions about their property. Very kind and courteous when communicating with them. A for all their timely responses.Property is perfect for families. Great indoor and outdoor deck space to hang out, enjoy sunsets, cook meals together, and whatever you choose. Master suite was so very spacious with an incredible view. All bathrooms are nice and remodeled and current.Nicely stocked with towels and ammenities. For those that prepare meals, there is everything you need in the kitchen in terms of dishes, pots and pans, etc.Very short walk to the beach--location was awesome to get to the beach quickly.We had a great stay!

Awesome stay in Wrightsville

The house was perfect for our multi-family stay. More than enough space for all 10 of us to comfortably enjoy a week at the beach together. The house itself is beautiful with really nice, updated decor but the views from the decks steal the show for sure! We greatly enjoyed our morning coffees overlooking the ocean and evening cocktails on the decks. A very short walk in the cul-de-sac lands you directly onto the path to the beach, which was always clean and never crowded. The owners were very easy to work with and responsive to any minor issues that came up. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wrightsville!

Remarkable

This was our second year renting this unit. It is just perfect. No more than two minute walk and you are at the beach. The place is clean, well supplied, and comfortable. I am from Wilmington and my wife and family have been coming for decades. Renting this home is a simple know brainer, Lastly- the landlords are incredibly responsive to any questions or issues you may have. They genuinely want to have a great time.

The house is one of the best we’ve stayed in and is better than it appears in the photos. It’s just a short walk to beach so I recommend bringing a cart. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked with quality pots and pans (which I’ve never seen before!!). The house was perfect for our crew of 4 kids and 3 adults. Best outdoor shower, ever!! Lastly the owners are extremely responsive and helpful. Some things to note - the washer/dryer is pretty small. And the deck isn’t one where you can sit out while it’s raining because of the way it was designed (we had a lot of rain so that was a bummer). We will definitely return to this house without question.

This unit at Sea Oats was beautifully decorated and was very clean! With room for all 10 of us, our family had an unforgettable stay here. Fluffy towels, a well equipped kitchen and views of the ocean from almost every room is hard to beat!

Perfect week at the beach!

The property was clean and ready when we arrived. The cleaners were kind enough to put our groceries that were delivered by Instacart in the kitchen shortly prior to our arrival. Beach view from upper deck was beautiful. The home has nice decor and is an updated home located in a cul de sac neighborhood. The walk to the beach is close and part concrete walk, part boardwalk. Owners were easy to reach with questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We are long-time NC residents who love all the gorgeous nature that North Carolina has to offer. Our family is happiest outside hiking, camping, swimming, kayaking, boating, etc. Over the years, we've rented out several of our vacation homes throughout NC. Currently, we are renting out our high-end beach house on Wrightsville Beach. It offers wonderful views of the water, spacious and updated housing, and access to lots of nature. We use this house often ourselves and strive to keep it in wonderful condition.
