This was one of those rare occasions where the pictures of this property were very nice but in person the property was much more beautiful than we imagined. The game room was massive and worked great for evening time together with family.

Short, but lovely stay

We had a blast at this property with two families and a pile of teenagers. They loved hanging out in the game room and we enjoyed the mid-century vibes, views, and the dock. Would love to arrange for a boat rental at the private dock nest time.

the Property was beautiful and clean. The Host communicated quickly with any of our questions. We were able to bring our dogs and the property was very dog friendly with pet beds and bowls for food and water. We loved the beautiful view, covered porch and screened in eating area was perfect for all our big family dinners.One thing that we didn't know before we came was the distance from the main house to the game room. It ended up being fine but its a short walk so if you leave something you need it takes a few minutes to go back and get it. Overall, we loved the game room for kids and friends.

Beautiful Property!

We loved our stay. The beautiful water views made an afternoon on the veranda with the breeze an amazing place to relax. The rec house provided the perfect place to have fun with the family and the library was a great place to curl up and watch a movie after a busy day. There was room for all of us to spread out and have our privacy too. We loved the kitchen and grill for a fun family dinner in. Highly recommend!

Perfect oasis in NC

Enjoyed ever minute of our stay in this home! Backyard and rec room were our favorite places. It’s central to so many places in Wilmington. We fished, visited unc -Wilmington, Wrightsville beach/pier, ate in the city. House was super clean and well stocked. It was really pet friendly equipped with beds for our dog. He was so cozy in the large beds!Would stay here again with more people because the property was so nice. So many separate places to hide but also great places to get together and hang out. Can’t say enough good things. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and won’t be disappointed.

Such a stellar property! Loved being on the ICW and watching the boats and dolphins go by! Clean facilities that accommodated our large, multigenerational family well! *osprey nest to the right on way down to dock**precious little crabs scurrying around***Topsail Steamer was a great pick-up dinner for low country seafood boil! Would rent again ;)
