This bright, beachy rental is ideal for your next Gulf Coast getaway for two or fun-filled solo adventure. This casual studio comes with everything you need for a great time including a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating for four, a furnished balcony, and a sunny, open layout. The complex itself offers shared pools, tennis courts, a fitness room, a nine-hole golf course, and easy access to a private beach.

Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable for 2 people, clean, location is great.No beach chairs/umbrella after Oct. 31st until March. No mattress cover on bed, that’s concerning.

Great unit for 2 people.

Although the unit could accommodate 4, it would be crowded. Was perfect for my wife and I. Very convenient to the pool and beach. Bring a folding wagon to haul stuff to the beach though. You need to cross the road to get to the beach. Private beach for condo complex with access code at the gate. Great value for the price!

Beautiful

As soon as we walked in we fell in love with the place. We made the majority of our meals there. However the only issue we ran into was to was a front of a drawer fell on my fiancé’s feet while we were washing dishes. I immediately reached out and let Vacasa know and they helped us and let the property know. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach trip

Great location. Private beach access was very easy and convenient. Having to pay 6 for each load of laundry was ridiculous, given the fact we paid good money to stay, and for the fact that washer/dryer was listed as an amenity; I feel that was misleading. Check out time of 10 am is on the early side, being that check in time for new guests is 4 pm. Check out time would be more convenient if it were noon.

Private beach access was a breeze and very convenient. Be sure to have plenty of quarters to laundry in the “amenity” of a washer/dryer. Checkout time of 1000 is too early.

Great little place for a long weekend getaway!

My mom and I really enjoyed the condo while we visited for a long weekend celebrating her birthday. The size was perfect for just the 2 of us. We loved how close it was to the beach. It was just a few minutes walk away! We enjoyed The Sandflea bar and grill across the street. We did use one hot tub which wasn't all that hot and one of the pools. Everything was clean and as advertised. I had seen reviews about the bed being uncomfortable, but mom and I thought it was very comfortable. It didn't feel like a queen bed though. Others also mentioned the gap at the head of the bed, but we just put pillows from the couch there and didn't have any issues. It was a little noisy from the street traffic, but that was to be expected since we were on the street side. We really enjoyed the condo overall along with all the amenities. The private beach with beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus! We plan to bring family and friends back to the resort in the future! Thanks for the amazing weekend!

Was a cute spot. Would stay again but just be sure to bring xtra toilet paper, know that the chairs for beach are NOT included. Off season till mid march and the fees have not been paid for some time so it’s 60 a day per chair. Laundry room is awful old . 3 to wash 3 to dry. Figure double dry time and only hold about 3 things and you need to wash your own towels.

Great condo and location

Sandpiper cove is a great place to stay! The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The murphy bed is not comfortable and needs to be replaced with a regular bed and for this I had to deduct a star.

Clean and easy for to enjoy. It’s a very short 5 minute walk to the ocean. Rick’s Sandtrap bar and grill is a really great thing to have. You can eat on the beach without having to drive anywhere. That’s a Big Plus.
