A beautiful apartment right in the center of where you want to be in Athens. We could easily walk to the Acropolis and excellent restaurants for dinner. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We would love to come stay here again.

Great Apartment Clise to Everything

We loved our stay in this spotless and very convenient 3- bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment. Its location in the Plaka neighborhood was so close to Syntagma Square, the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, and wonderful dining and shopping. Our host Alex was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Customer service and communication was outstanding

I was extremely impressed with the communication and how quickly the host responded to my questions. When we arrived, someone was there to greet us and store our bags until our room was ready! The whole process was so smooth and I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Perfection in Plaka

Perfect property for six adults! Three private bedrooms and baths along with ample space for lounging and meals. The location couldn’t be better, with restaurants, shops, and historic sites within walking distance. Property managers BillandJohn were super responsive to anything we needed or wanted.

Fantastic location and wonderful option for a family

The ease of checking in and the top notch customer service was wonderful. The location was perfect and apartment immaculate. We are a family of 5 so the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms much appreciated! Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to Athens and be in close proximity to all of the sites.

Great location I Close to ruins; walking distance to Plaka with many cafes and restaurants to choose. Our stay was 2.5 days. We needed more time there. So much to see even though city of Athens is extremely busy!

In the middle of Plaka

Property was as described with large rooms and individual bathrooms for all three bedrooms! Plenty of room for six adults to share. Easy access to everything in and near Plaka!

This place was excellent in regards to location. Our only hiccup was getting into the property. That was a bit of a struggle as they didn’t show up on time and was hard to communicate with them over the phone and get the details to enter. Would love to see more detailed information written down so that it would be available to the renter upon arriving. The 3 Master bedrooms were perfect for our 3 couples traveling together. The cleaning people did not come when told and the showers make for some challenging dry floors. Might provide more towels for that particular clean up.

Athens Premium Apartment

This apartment is conveniently located in central Athens. We walked to the Acropolis (15mins) and lots of restaurants and nightlife nearby all within walking distance. Each bedroom has a private bathroom which made it perfect for our group. The living room is huge and there is also a big, smart TV with Netflix and other streaming channels that was great. Perfect for our weekend in Athens!

Outstanding home in a spectacular location

Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay for a week at Villa El Tejar. Juan and Carmen are extraordinary hosts and their home is bright and modern with high quality construction. The home is well-stocked and very comfortable with incredible views of the valley from the living room and garden. A highlight of the property is the beautifully landscaped pool. The home is very well located near the restaurants and shops of Alhaurin el Grande and a 30-40 minute drive to Malaga and other destinations on the coast. It was a wonderful experience for our family and we hope to return!

The property is very clean and In great shape. The location could not be better for walking, shopping and seeing historical sites. The firm was very responsive to questions. We used the same firm for booking tours but there confusion surrounding what was confirmed, which caused cancellation of two tours. That was separate from the property management.

Amazing property in a PERFECT location.

Awesome from the beginning. Constant communication led to their driver picking us up and a team being there to greet us and carry luggage upon arrival. The location is PERFECT for walking everywhere, even to the Acropolis. We had shopping, monuments, dining all within a short walk. Our experience led us to stroll and therefore immerse ourselves in the culture for 5 days. Thank you so much, and will always reccommend as first choice.

Great Home Base in Athens!

This apartment is in a great location to explore Athens. It’s in walking distance to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. We stayed here on the first leg of our Greek vacation, and it was a great start! Communication with the host was wonderful. The driver they coordinated for us was our favorite the entire trip. The host explained everything about the property when we got there. There was an elevator which was helpful for luggage. Try the bar right downstairs and next door - the owner was really nice!

Great stay!

In addition to a lovely villa, Bill and John (the property management company) helped make our stay so easy. Our group of six was in Athens for two days prior to an Azamara cruise. They arranged our transfers from the airport and to the cruise port. Everything went off without a hitch. Would definitely use Bill and John again. The villa was clean and as portrayed in the pictures. Check in was prompt and they provided many details about the area. Bonus fact - Bill and John also have properties on the top floor of this building that have a rooftop terrace with Acropolis views. If I return I’ll definitely check those out!

Inside the apartment, a long hallway leads to the bedrooms, all with wooden floors and minimalistic interiors. Rugged brickwork frames the two beds and for each bed there’s a walk-in shower in the all-white ensuite. The third bedroom, next door, has a double bed and features a contemporary wall mounted light design.

In the open plan dining and sitting area of this 160square meter apartment, there is plenty of lounging space for you and your guests to relax or enjoy movie night. An L shaped two-tone velvet sofa stands out against white walls, and around a beige patterned rug, contrasting with the off-white kitchen area. The dining area – set along a grey round marble with modern chairs – can accommodate a party of six.
