Vacation with mom

One of the best places I’ve stayed in the last 8 years. Brand new property with new furniture and recent renovation. Looks like it’s brand new. Centrally located to everything and everyone we were visiting. Would highly recommend and with three bedrooms it’s comfortable enough for 6 or more. Being next to the Ice Cream Shoppe is an added extra bonus.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. The property owner/manager is very flexible and responsive. The location is so convenient, and everything was clean and comfortable. This time, the ice cream shop was open, so that was a nice bonus:) We'll be back!

Spacious, cozy and convenient

We booked this apartment because it's very close to our family that lives in Farmington.It gave us a comfortable, clean place to hang out and enjoy some time with our family. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the living room was really nice to hang out in. We'll be back again! THANK YOU

I Love Staying Here

Aside from the obvious benefits of cleanliness and comfort, it is in a great location close to all things in Farmington. The only thing missing is a washer/dryer but there is a convenient laundromat 5 minutes away. I look forward to returning!

Awesome Apartment Close to Everything!

Very clean, modern, spacious apartment. Well furnished. The bed was very comfortable (we only used the bedroom in the back of the apartment). Great Farmington location close to numerous restaurants, shops and things to do.

Awesome place

Beautifully redone rental, perfectly laid out. Location was great with ice parlor on one side and breakfast/lunch on the other. Ample parking and space inside. Kitchen was staked with all the appliances you could dream of.

Lovely one-story with Plenty of space

This location was perfect for all things in Farmington and surrounding locations. The one-story rental was more spacious than expected and the common area made for great family fun. Lets not overlook that your neighbor is The Ice Cream Shoppe! Thanks Tina and Rob

Central Base

We used this as a halfway point for all the day trips we wanted to make. It was perfect! The house was spacious and quiet and the beds were comfy. AC units in the 2 bigger bedrooms and a box fan for the other. The house was clean for the most part, found a few dirty dishes in the cabinets but we made do. Only downfall was lack of washer/dryer for us. It’s convenient to be next to an ice cream shop and a restaurant, but sometimes it was hard to find a parking spot depending on the time of day. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to friends and family to stay.

Just what we needed

The apartment was exactly what was described and perfect for what we needed. Spent a week so my son could updated his Red Cross Certifications on campus. The proximity to campus was perfect. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished and enough room for myself and 2 teen boys. We all had our own space and never felt on top of each other. The only issue we had is the traffic, which is no fault of the owners. Had to get use to the noise but it wasn't so bad to deter us from staying there again. Make sure to go when the Ice Cream Shop is open - great ice cream!

Immaculate convenient apartment

We rented this apartment over Thanksgiving weekend. We came to town to see our daughter for the holiday. It was conveniently located to downtown. The rental process was easy and hassle free. The owners were responsive to questions and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is gorgeous. It is newly renovated everywhere. It was sparkling clean and the kitchen is huge. The open concept was great because we never felt stuck in the kitchen cooking all day. It was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our feast. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfy. We will be returning to this unit for sure in the future. There are not a lot of lodging choices in the area and this is perfect for anyone visiting UMF.

Very clean and fresh.

We had a very quick stop in Maine to help our daughter move. The location of this rental was perfect, very close to town and a great little breakfast place next-door made our stay low key and low stress. Must give a shout out to the Brick Yard Cafe, amazing breakfast fare- really wonderful. The rental was spotless and very spacious. It is close to a busy road, but the noise WAS NOT an issue. We did not cook, but the kitchen was spotless and there was water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside to the whole stay was air fresheners throughout the house and the shower in the house wasn't great. It's a 'rain' shower that just doesn't get the job done. However, bathroom was spotless. Great value for the money and if I had to make another quick stop I'd for sure rent again.
