Spacious and accessible

I am so glad to have found this available during our stay. The inside of the unit is smallish-and cozy but feels extremely spacious with the high ceilings, large shower, outdoor patio and big yard. Was great for my other guest who is over 6ft tall. Bed was comfy and clean, kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the tools I needed to cook, and a large fridge. Outdoor table was lovely for sitting to eat meals. Plenty of hot water and paces touching wet clothes after surfing. There were no issues at all with odors inside the unit/shower as previous guests had mentioned. Now, keep in mind that in the yard you are just steps away from stinkys beach. You will get an occasional waft of odor, but I brought incense and that did will enough to fix the issue when spending time in the sun outside, or meditating in the evening. There are a couple large trees in the yard and the bird wildlife is extravagant in the area. Fun to watch! You will hear them, but I did not find it bothersome, instead it brought an energy of aliveness to the space which I found beautiful. Did many meditations in the yard watching the birds. Management was extremely friendly and available for any questions, even brought me a blow dryer when I realized the unit didn’t have one. Again, the proximity to the main strip and the beach in Punta Mira was ideal. Easy to walk down for sunrise and sunset. I would definitely stay here again when returning to the area.

Cozy Studio

Great stay in Punta Mita. Abraham was readily available for any issues. Great location, safe, close to beach and restaurants. Loved having a courtyard to store our surf boards, and drying out beach clothes. There's a hose available to wash sand off outside. Easy access with separate codes to enter compound and unit. Things to be aware of -- there's no private parking as noted in listing when we booked (plentiful street parking though), no drinking water is provided (though only 50 pesos to fill the water cooler containers that are provided), and there's an off-putting sewage smell in the courtyard that deterred us from spending too much time in the outdoor areas. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay for a little surf trip in the area.

Boogie Boarding at Stinkies Beach Punta Mita

The accomadations were within 4 minutes walking distance from the beach ⛱ 😎! A great beach with waves for surfing and boogie boarding! Saving us a lot of money on taxis and buses!

Great little property close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay in punta mita, very Chill, safe town. We explored so much of it and felt very safe doing so. We caught some fish that we cooked up in our kitchen!! It was all in all a great trip. We will definitely be back!

Great place very clean

Clean place everything was super great , manager was excellent in communications. Only issue which was not the owners fault, neighborhood noise, I would suggest bring a white noise machine, the tavern and music down the road was loud for light sleepers

Great location and clean!

Abraham is an amazing host. He was on top of everything. Very accommodating. The location is perfect for surfing. The bed is a little small for two adults, but that would be the only complaint. Great property and stay for the money.
