Excellent view and cosy space

My stay was excellent the unit was stocked well, clean and the view was amazing with a private patio. I would definitely stay here an again and take advantage of the pool and gym next time.

Thanksgiving was fun!

Wonderful Spot Right Downtown

This is a fantastic one bedroom just a quick walk to downtown. Extremely clean and all updated. Check-in was explained clearly, and all questions promptly answered. Great find and value. We'd definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Christmas

Just like during Thanksgiving, the apartment was amazing. We only had one friend come over this time, but we were able to enjoy the apartment itself and spend time together. Will definitely come back.

Great option for conference accommodations

We chose this property because we were attending an event at the downtown Houston conference center and most of the nearby hotels were booked. This was a great option with a 15 minute walk to the venue and not far from dining options. Clean, modern, spacious for two people, well equipped kitchen and nice view of the city. The app check-in was a little intimidating at first, but when we got there and used it, it was simple and convenient.

A view to die for

Everything was great. The view of the city is to die for. The condo had a strong odor of bleach. Which tells you the place is clean. So no gripes with being sanitary. Maybe just a little less bleach. So that’s not a gripe just a suggestion.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It looks exactly as listed. The only two "negatives" I could say is that there is not a dresser or drawers to put clothes that don't need to be hung up (ie, socks, underwear and etc). And, there is no curtain in the bedroom, so if you like to sleep in a dark area, you may need to bring an eye mask as it gets bright early, and at night the city lights are on. Overall, we really enjoyed my stay here. These mentions below have ZERO to do with the property itself, but I like to know different types of info, so I will provide these things below. The city outside can be pretty loud. There is a venue close by, so on a Saturday we heard a band playing until about 11pm. I was okay as I brought my small sound machine as I figured it would be a little nosier than most places. There tends to be people outside talking loudly or yelling in the evenings. The elevators do tend to be a little slow, so just keep that in mind. Drivers in the parking garage do drive like it's the interstate and we almost got hit by someone who came flying through as we couldn't see the small car behind parked cars as we slowly moved through the gate. Our hallway and even bedroom/closet did smell like weed quiet a bit coming through vents. I did read the reviews of the actual complex and that seems to be an issue within the complex. We always felt safe, but be mindful of your surroundings. Next time we are in Houston we will stay here again!

A must stay if you’re visiting downtown

This property was AMAZING! The location was perfect (only a 5 minute walk to the Toyota Center). It was clean, updated and had a perfect balcony view of the city. The manager responded quickly to any questions we had and the check in and out process was painless. I’ll definitely use this property on my next concert visit.

Everything about this property is AMAZING, great host, great location, great VIEW!!

The host is a professional!! Reply’s back within 30min-1hr(but the replied back within 10-20min).. Perfect for a getaway downtown, the view is beautiful, perfectly located in the center of the city!! We loved this property and we will definitely be using it again!! Thanks For everything!!!

Great vacation

Very clean space, easily sleeps 4-5. Futon bed + king bed + air mattress avail. Hosts were wonderful and easily accessible. Really enjoyed the gym in the building as well. Not the safest neighborhood. Lots of homeless people around however that seems to be the entire city. Overall great experience, would recommend!

Great location

We plan to Attend a concert. Two days before the trip we learned the concert was canceled due to Covid. The downtown location allowed us to enjoy the newly planned trip by eating at nice places And provided easy access to Rice Village location and shopping:) The apartment was very nice.

The property and place was nice and clean However this property only has one bedroom.

Property was nice except there was only one bedroom. A walk-in closet was off the bathroom I’m not sure if they consider this to be a bedroom. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a one bedroom. The balcony is a ni e feature and was able to catch the train a short walk away.

Hi thank you for staying! The property is advertised as a 1 bdr apartment. The bedroom details are listed it’s a one bedroom king bed. There’s a pull out futon sofa in the living room and there’s also a portable queen mattress bed. Yes newer modern apartments have the walk in closets near the bathroom and no we don’t consider that a bedroom but there is a portable mattress bed (queen size inside). Thank you

Best Value for your money in Houston

The apartment is just perfect. The apartment is super clean, super comfortable and located great. It’s a great fit for a short stay, and also for a long stay. The kitchen is great for cooking, the bed is very comfortable and the balcony is magical. The parking spot is right next to the building door, which is awesome. Besides all I mentioned, Farin is a wonderful host. The communication was above and beyond and she was extremely thoughtful and patient. After renting many apartments, this one is the best by far!
