The Space:
This elegant 3-bedroom villa with beach access is located just above and behind our beachfront villas, only steps down to our private beach. Spread across three spacious levels and perched slightly above the sea level with uninterrupted sea views from every window.

On the entry-level, a grand open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space invites you to relax or entertain in style. Beautifully designed by a professional interior designer, the area features refined Italian furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end, full sized appliances.

Upstairs, you will find two serene queen bedrooms, while the secluded master bedroom, located on a lower level from the entry, offers a king bed and a spacious sofa that converts into a queen bed - perfect for families or additional guests. Each bed is fitted with a natural latex mattress topper, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheet, a choice of down feather or natural memory foam pillows for ultimate comfort. All bedrooms also include private ensuite bathrooms with oversized walk-in rain showers, double vanities, closets with private safes, black-out curtains, ceiling fans, large flat-screen TVs and private balconies that showcase breathtaking panoramic sea views.

The seamless indoor-outdoor living space flows effortlessly to your private infinity pool and the expansive view of the Gulf of Thailand and iconic Big Buddha - the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable island getaway.

Guest Access:
Complete privacy in a three-story villa with a private swimming pool, the shared private beach and a fully-equipped gym with various cardio machines, free weights, a training cage, and a cable-pulley and resistance band system.

The Neighborhood:
Ideally located in one of Koh Samui's most prestigious neighborhoods – Plai Laem, right next to the famous Six Senses Hotel and close to the luxurious Ritz-Carlton.

Getting Around:
The best way to explore the island from the villa is by car. We are happy to assist with car, motorbike or minivan rentals during your stay. We also offer on-demand private shuttle service for a small fee.

Your stay includes complimentary pick-up and drop-off from Samui International Airport, making your arrival and departure seamless.

Other Things to Note:
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of $1,000 USD is required at the time of check-in as an authorization for any incidental charges or potential damage to the villa. The unused amount will be refunded upon departure.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Please note that our villa is not wheelchair accessible. There is no elevator, and stairs are present at the entrance and inside the villa.

Interaction with Guests:
Kerem Villas is designed to provide a bespoke 5-star hotel experience. Upon arrival our private driver will meet you at the airport and provide luxury air conditioned travel directly to our villa. When you arrive at the villa, the villa manager will greet you with a welcome drink. Our staff cater the experience to each guest, they can be available as little or as much as is comfortable for you. They will prepare a private breakfast made to order in your villa every morning and clean the entire villa throughout the day followed by turn down service. Your personal concierge is available to cater to your unique requests. Private island tours, boat tours, chefs, and massage and spa treatments can be arranged with a few days notice. Throughout your stay our private shuttle service is on call to take you anywhere you want to go. Our team are fluent in English and Thai.
