Unit 2303 offers breathtaking oceanfront views, is just steps away from the beautiful white sandy beaches, and is conveniently located in the heart of Panama City Beach.

This unit features 1 bedroom w/ a king bed, 2 full baths, queen sofa sleeper, and 2 bunks to comfortably sleep 6.
The space
Great Room:
Spacious and luxuriously furnished with sofa (queen sleeper), loveseat, 75” Smart TV (w/ cable & streaming services available).

Kitchen:
Full kitchen w/ new stainless appliances (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, coffee maker, blender, sink, glassware, silverware, and cookware.)
Beautiful granite counter tops, 4 bar height stools, and dining table w / seating for 4.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom features a king size bed, nightstand, dresser/chest, flat screen TV, and a private full bathroom.

This condo is in the perfect location, and is so close to the great Pier Park! The Condo was just as it is pictured and was very clean, and slept the 6 of us very comfortably!

Perfect Vacation!

Christopher and his wife were amazing hosts! They were so accommodating and the condo had everything we needed. Exactly as pictured and location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere we needed and had tons of places to eat and shop with Pier Park being only a 5 minute walk. We brought our 1 year old with us and it was perfect for all of us. Thank you for such a great stay!

We used this location to sleep and rest only. The only amenities I’d recommend would be a body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the showers. We had to purchase our own. Would have been nice to know before hand. I don’t recall if this was written in the property description. If it is, I didn’t see it. Otherwise, it was a great location. Would use this location again.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Great location everything is in walking distance. Room was great on the top floor with Beautiful views of the ocean and city. Very helpful owner with great communication made the trip alot easier for us. Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful and clean condo across from the beach. Within walking distance to the pier, restaurants and shops. Owner (Christopher) was amazing to work with. Responded in a very timely manner. Would go back and stay at condo.
