Welcome to one of the newest and premier properties in St George, Utah

Welcome to one of the newest and premier properties in St George, Utah. This townhome features 5 spacious bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Four of the bedrooms are furnished with King beds while the fifth accommodates up to 10 with two queen size bunks and two twin trundle combinations. Community swimming pool includes 100 foot slide, lazy river, 2 hot tubs, splash pad, and plenty of shaded seating. Pool heated year round. Garage includes four bike racks and a Tesla Charger.

Townhome has a 2 car garage, parking for 2 cars in the driveway, and there are multiple sections in the community for trailer parking along with additional parking stalls throughout the community.

This was a perfect place for our large family! Everyone loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom! Also loved the well stocked kitchen and all of the seating!

Great place!

Thanks for providing a beautifully decorated, clean, and well stocked home for us to stay in! The beds were very comfortable! It is close to the pool, but far enough away that you don’t hear the noise from it. We will definitely be booking this place again!

Perfect for families with children

Perfect for our annual get away consisting of our adult children and grandchildren. Included many extras for kids. Close to pool and pickleball. Extra fridge, many appliances. Additional parking closeby. Very clean! Plan to stay again!

Great place for families

We stayed with my parents and 3 sisters and each of our spouses and kids. We had a great time. The kitchen was really nice and made the flow of cooking fire and feeding 15 people very easy. We loved the back patio and large dining table. This house has really nice finishes. When we come back to St. George I’d stay here again.

Excellent vacation property!

We enjoyed every second of our stay at this property. The location has easy freeway access to get you wherever you want to go, but also feels remote and has easy access to paved and unpaved bike trails. The home is beautifully decorated and was so clean and stocked with everything we could imagine needing during a stay. We traveled with our children/spouses and our 3 of grandbabies for a total of 11. We enjoyed the pickleball courts on the property, had a great foosball tournament at the home and enjoyed playing the various card games that were provided. The home felt spacious for our group and everyone found the beds to be comfortable. Our host, Jeremy, was extremely responsive to any questions during our stay. We would happily stay here again. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!

Like sleeping in a model home!

We stayed with kids and grandkids and it was immaculate and very comfortable! Our grandkids lived sleeping together in the bunk bed room. Every room had a tv and Roku. The kitchen had many of the needed supplies. Highly recommend!
