"What a Life" house is our family dream that we love to share with all of you. Beautiful lakefront home with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. 2 additional bunk rooms downstairs make plenty of room to accommodate you, your family, and your friends. Big double decks with amazing views, grill, and hot tub on the lower deck. A paved pathway with LED lighting makes for an easy walk to the covered dock. Located directly across from Flat Hollow Marina in a no-wake zone makes for a great area to relax and swim from the dock! The first floor has a large open floor plan and a large kitchen island to enjoy. Ice maker in the kitchen makes it easy to fill up your cooler for a day on the lake or your favorite beverage to unwind. Master has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and two bathrooms on the first floor. The basement has a great common area with a wet bar, smart TV, and access to a lower-level deck. Three additional bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms are all on the lower level. 5 Smart TVs throughout the house with unlimited Starlink internet and Dish Network service. Family Trip to Norris

We had a great stay at this property. There is a private boat ramp located close to the home and there was plenty of room in the house for our large group.

Very nice home. Perfect for three families with lots of teens/young adults. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for large groups. Location was great and the house very nice. I would recommend for any large group.

Great stay on the lake!

Pros: -Spacious, well equipped -Great part of the lake, close to Flat Hollow Marina (excellent food and entertainment) -Two full size fridge/freezers (and separate ice maker) -Good private dock -Many bathrooms -Hot tub -Starlink Wi-Fi worked perfectly -Excellent communication with host Cons -Have to idle for 5-10 minutes to get out of no-wake zone (but, you pass marina and can grab gas/supplies easily) -Sidewalk is a little steeper than pictures look -We had to leave at the end of the week...

It was a great time. Any questions we had were answered and addressed very quickly. We were satisfied with the property. There is a bit of a transition from the steps to the boat dock that may be difficult for some.

Great House for Larger Group

Our stay in this home was fantastic. The property is super clean, spacious, and very comfortable. For our 13 guests, we did not feel like we were stepping over each other. There was space we could all be together but then also space we could relax quietly. The house sits on the Norris Lake river system and has a marina right across the river where guests can rent pontoons, or grab a bite to eat! Communication with the owner was simple and easy. Sam was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend this property to those looking for a quiet getaway near water.

Nice house, great support from owner, lost power with 2 storms and checked out a night early to avoid another power loss with the third storm coming. Not a good view of the and we didn’t like looking at all the floating houses. House needed better care, great space.

Wonderful trip to the lake

We had a great time on our trip! The house was comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of room for our party of 12 to spread out. We’d definitely stay here again! I will mention that as a disabled person I did find it challenging to get down to and up from the dock. The path is steep with a few stairs and minimal railings. This is not unique to this property and I was able to manage with assistance, but it’s something to be aware of for anyone with similar challenges.

Good and Bad

The location of the house is directly across from a marina, although the drive is about 15 minutes. Nice dock, steep cement down to the dock, transition to the dock is a little wonky. Our group arrived to the AC frozen. After communication with manager, we were told to turn on fans. One of the family members ran water over the outside unit, which thawed it. However, the following evening, the unit froze again and the inside of the house was 84. The AC company came out the next day and we were told the house needs another unit to cool this much space. So there was no fixing the issue of how hot it was. This was disappointing. The AC company and property have mentioned that an additional unit will be added. Layout of house was perfect for our large group. Enjoyed our stay except for the AC.

I attempted to right the situation with having the AC company come out and you are 100% correct that additional unit was needed. That unit has since need installed. Perfect weekend getaway

Our experience was excellent. The property was large enough that the 18 adults. & 3 children had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The steps getting down to the dock were steep & a little difficult for the older adults, but the lake was gorgeous. The sunsets & sun rises were amazing. Perfect location for a private wedding!

Great Family Vacation Spot

This house was among the cleanest VRBO’s we’ve been to. Our extended family of 14 had plenty of room. The hot tub was a hit and the dock worked great for swimming (no wake zone) and getting to the main lake was only a few minutes by boat. There was a couple steps to get onto the dock which made it a little more difficult for my older parents but we found we could take a 2 minute drive to the boat ramp with a nice dock and it was much easier for them to get on and off the boat there. In summary, this was a great house, great location and Samir was very responsive to our questions.

Great family time!

This home was well equipped and so family friendly! Even my 5 year old great grandson was not bored! My daughter and son in law rented a nearby house, and were able to visit us each day for dinner! Access was as easy as hilly Tennessee is, but the view was magnificent!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

This house was great for our family reunion last week. There were 18 of us staying at the house, but it did not feel crowded. The layout was great, with several different places for people to gather (upstairs, downstairs, and two patios). The house is beautiful and has great lake access. We liked being in a no wake zone for swimming. There was also plenty of parking. The owner, Sam, was good about communicating and sent directions on how to get there that were much better than those we got on our different apps. It was a great stay.

Amazing hospitality

The pictures did not do justice to the property. It was much prettier than the pics showed. The property was very clean. The owner and property manager was available every time you needed them. I recommend this property if you dnt mind driving through mountain. The view was beautiful…..FYI: get to the property before dark, it’s scary driving up the mountains at night.
