The guesthouse Cute & Cozy is separate yet, it is adjacent to the main house (owner lives) and has its own entrance. Located in central Florida, Winter Haven is between Orlando and Tampa; 3 miles from Legoland, 5-10 minute walk from shopping and restaurants on Cypress Gardens Blvd. The Cute & Cozy is also in a great location for Florida's amazing beaches, just under 2 hours east or west.

Was very clean, very convenient to all areas of town, only con to us was tv, not even local tv that, all those were taped for later showing by Roku, pay for any other channels, probably normal in today's world,

Wonderful home away from home

This is a perfect spot, to be in a relaxed setting, but still close to restaurants, bars and parks.The neighborhood is safe and is close enough to walk to bars, restaurants and grocery stores. The owners are warm and welcoming. They are open to the communications that are sent, and will respond quickly. We would love to come to the cute and cozy again in the future!

It was definitely cute and cozy!

Communication with the owners was great. The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. It was clean and ready to go when stated check-in was. The code given to check in was seamless and very easy to come and go. I would definitely recommend this. The neighborhood is Relatively quiet neighborhood and perfect location in Winterhaven.

Cozy, centrally located guesthouse

This was just right for our trip to Florida Theatre Conference. It was a 5-10 minute drive, depending on traffic, to the conference. A 5 minute drive to WalMart/Publix and restaurants. Super easy to area to navigate. Has everything you need for a short stay in the area. Hosrs are super responsive and super nice. Highly recommend!

Cute & cozy!

A perfect stop for our 3 nights in Winter Haven. Guest house is very clean and just as represented in the photos. In a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and attractions. Off street parking. Kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Crock pot, air fryer, spices, creamers! Would definately recommend!!

Amazing

This property was perfectly located nicely off the main Street quiet quaint and had everything that we needed. The hosts were super responsive! We even got to meet Socks and Ed which was one of my favorite things and they were both very wonderful hosts as well. 😉 I look forward to staying again when we go back down.

The house was so nice, the neighborhood quiet. Shopping was close this was our first vacation home rental and we are already looking forward to next year. Was amazing!

Cute and cozy is an excellent name for this apartment. Perfect for 1 or 2 people but plenty of room without the feeling of being in one room. It's like an efficiency, there's dishes, utensils, pots and pans plus a stovetop, microwave and toaster oven too. It's tastefully decorated and the bed is comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting family. Very nice!

Cute & Cozy Great Place.

This is second time stayed. Location is great, close to restaurants, other cities with wide range things see and do. Just right size for two, bed very comfortable, so nice having laundry available on site. Keith and Dawn guick to respond to questions and recommend places to eat and visit. Would stay again.
