Loved our stay

We had a wonderful stay in this home. We loved the location, it was near all kinds of restaurants, bars and shops and a few minutes from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location!

Very clean and well equipped house that was perfect for our family getaway. So easy to walk to restaurants and grocery stores and just a quick Uber ride away to all the fun places that Dallas has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Eagles/ Cowboys road trip in Dallas

Great location near all bars restaurants coffe shops etc. Great guide to help you check in and get settled . Plenty of room to spread out . WiFi and TV fresh towels sheets etc all included highly recommend

Mini Reunion with High School Friends

We chose Dallas as a central location for a meet-up of friends who live spread across the country.The house was a perfect spot to hang out and reconnect with an excellent location near stores, bars and restaurants.Really enjoyed the comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms so everyone had their space. Common areas had lots of seating.

Our group had a fantastic time at this property. It met the needs of 8 adults spectacularly. Venue was as described. Highly recommend staying at this location in lower Greenville.

Surprise Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect. The group could sit down and catch up in the open space on the first floor or sit outside and enjoy the weather. The layout of the bedrooms was great for the group. The house was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again!

Perfect in every way!

This house was fantastic for a family in town to catch a SMU football game. Everything was immaculate, with plenty of room throughout. Excellent location - close to all parts of Dallas and walking distance to great restaurants/bars/grocery stores. Everything is exactly as described. Highly recommend this house - we will be back.

Wedding Weekend

This home was beautiful and fantastic for my bridesmaids and I to get ready for my wedding!! It was a perfect size, the host went above and beyond to help and communicate as we needed it, and all the natural light in the living room was just perfect. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!!

Beautiful, Clean, Well-Appointed Modern Home

Our team was in town recently for a conference and chose to stay at this home versus the conference hotel and it was perfect! The home is conveniently located near downtown with a Trader Joe’s and Sprouts grocery store nearby. Tons of great restaurants are nearby as well! Tracy was incredibly responsive and always responded when I had questions prior to arrival and while I was in town. I would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible Property

This property was so awesome. Everyone loved our stay here! The host was super responsive and helpful even when my emails weren't cooperating. The house itself was just like you see in the pictures. Great area located close to everything! The house was also well stocked with anything you might need for a getaway!

Lovely home, great location

The home is lovely, very spacious and the backyard is wonderful. It’s also a very walkable area which was great for our group. The only downsides are: 1/ you can hear music coming from the local bars in the master bedroom, I’d just suggest a white noise machine, and 2/ the bedrooms get a lot of morning light. I’d definitely recommend this home.

Wonderful place!

We loved this rental!! Modern, clean, comfortable and great location within short walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard because it was raining while we were there but it was so cute! The house has everything you need-tv’s in every room, bathroom toiletries, lots of kitchen tools, coffee pods and sugar, lots of spices, etc. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family Friendly

Clean, spacious, comfortable accommodations with close proximity (easy to walk to) to Greenville St. shops, restaurants, coffee, etc. Perfect location for quick access to/from Love Field, SMU, and a quiet neighborhood. Property manager was quick to respond, act and accommodate any and all requests which was very appreciated. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic House!

This lovely home was perfect for a birthday celebration getaway weekend for our family of 7 adults. The house is clean & beautiful & outfitted with everything we needed. Spacious bathrooms with double sinks, comfortable beds with great comforters, The back patio & back yard are really nicely done & really comfy. Tracy was so kind & easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again!

Large home central Dallas home

We rented this house over Christmas while visiting family in Dallas. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for a large family. The house is well stocked and was clean. The property owner was very responsive with solutions and answers when any issues or questions came up. The house was very centrally located in Dallas. I would stay here again next time we visit.

No compensation

Overall, great venue, but ended up paying for four hours with a broken AC. The host did send a technician, but by that time a majority of guests left due to the heat, and the technician did not even fix the AC so the people that were going to spend the night ended up staying somewhere else. We rented the house for the night, but we were still not refunded for the hours of the broken AC, as that was the time of the event hours. Was hoping for a fair compensation, but unfortunately was not able to come to an agreement, since the host quit communication with me. Something to consider!

This home is truly fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed every facet of this Dallas gem.

This uniquely appointed modern home was perfect for us. We traveled to Dallas for our daughters move to SMU. The beds are very comfortable, the linens plush, fantastic TVs, and within 8-10 minutes of everything. As an STR owner/operator this home checked all the boxes and delivered! The homeowner and host Tracy were fantastic she was responsive, friendly, and her attention to detail was very appreciated. I would highly recommend this home for Dallas visitors. We will be back.

Better than expected!

The house, amenities, location, cleanliness, and overall experience far exceeded our expectations! We had 7 adults stay here for a weekend wedding and was conveniently located super close to great restaurants, a Trader Joe’s, sprouts, great coffee and breakfast locations, and easy to Uber anywhere in Dallas. The house was very clean, the bedrooms were cozy, bathrooms were great, and a comfortable family room space. Tracy was great to work with when checking in and checking out. I could not recommend this place any more!
