Villa Karma is a lovely, traditional 2-bedroom Villa with a small private and heated pool offering peaceful views in the peaceful village of Kakopetros, 11 km from the village of Voukolies.

A small traditional cafe can be found in walking distance, whereas the nearest taverns and a mini-market can be found at 5 km away. A few more taverns and a supermarket can be found in the town of Voukolies, at about 11 km away. The shingle beach of Tavronitis is at 19 km away, while the famous sandy beaches of Paleochora are 33 km away.

The ground floor Villa Karma has an open plan area with a living room area, a dining area, an office corner, and a fully equipped kitchen with an big refidgerator and an electric kitchen. Free wireless internet, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and air-conditioning are provided.

One bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds which can be converted into a double bed are provided. A common shower bathroom is also available.

The exterior area of the Villa offers a private pool of 15 sq m, sun loungers, an outdoor shaded dining area and an outdoor shower bathroom. Barbecue facilities and parking space are available. The pool can be heated with the additional cost of 200 Euros per week. Please note that the last 100 meters to the villa consist of a narrow road, so it is better to rent a medium or a small size car.
