This boutique hotel sits in downtown Ozona, just steps away from Molly Goodhead, Ozona Pig, and the Ozona Brewing Company. Unit #2 has a king sized bed and separate living room with a small kitchen area.
3Gulls Inn started life as a motel in 1947 and has seen many changes and occupants. It is now a boutique hotel with large rooms, bright and fun common rooms, including pool table and bar area, and has a beautiful, tropical patio with grills, dining tables, lounge chairs, and hot tub. We also provide access to a laundry area.
The hotel is in downtown Ozona which is steps from Molly Goodhead, Ozona Pig, Courtyard Cafe, and the Ozona Brewing Company. At the end of Bay Street is the gulf and is a great place to watch the sun set. The marina there has kayaks that you can rent. The Pinellas Trail is a great place to ride bikes, walk, or jog. It is 2 blocks from the front door.

Great Place to stay

My family came in from out of state for a funeral and I rented them this unit since it’s right down the road from my house. They were absolutely thrilled with the accommodations and said they’d be happy to stay there again during future visits.

This property is the best location in the area! Several restaurants/bars are literally steps away. Clean, wonderfully appointed, all the amenities you need or want! We will be back!

Just do it!!

Pictures definitely do not do this place justice. The colors and decor are simply adorable and make it feel so homey yet transform you to another place. The owner definitely goes over and beyond to make your stay amazing. Never been to Ozona but the little town within walking distance is very friendly and inviting. Highly recommend making time to visit the shops and restaurants. Close enough to everything but far enough away it takes you back to something akin to yester-year. Just do it! You won't regret it!

Spotless, comfortable & great location

The room was large, clean and comfortable. All of our interactions with Pam & Morgan were great-they are friendly and accommodating. The property is located 1 block from great restaurants and 2 blocks from the bike trail. Dog friendly jand quiet property. Hot tub and pool table made the “down time” very relaxing. Looking forward to returning soon!

Fantastic place in a fun town!

This place was even nicer that expected. The decor was tasteful and the bed was very comfortable. It was just steps from great restaurants and a brewery. We took a short walks to the water and rode bikes (provided by host) through 3 cities on the Pinellas Trail. The host was wonderful with attending to details for our honeymoon! Would highly recommend this place and the lovely town of Ozona!

What a Gem

Eclectic, clean, convenient, and charming. 3 Gulls Inn exceeded my expectations. With no previous reviews, I was a bit reluctant to book, but delighted with the outcome. The host, Pam, was gracious and accommodating. I highly recommend.
