Nestled right by the Park City Tanger Outlet stores, Powderwood is the perfect place for a vacation any time of year. Just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown, this recently remodeled top-floor (3rd floor) condo has 2-bedrooms and a loft, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably.
The main living room has plenty of seating and a cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days or cool summer mountain evenings.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and detached full bathroom. Sleeping loft provides space for 4 more guests. All three bedding areas do have TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to easily dine in. Make a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day, have lunch and snack items around and enjoy a home-cooked meal or throw some burgers on the BBQ grill.
Door-to-Door shuttle service throughout Park City is provided by High Valley transit and is free.
The entire home is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, and smart TVs. There is also a private washer and dryer, ironing board, blow dryer and games.

Along with the home, you'll have access to the Powderwood community amenities with a hot tub (open all year), pool (open in summer only), lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ's and picnic area. Powderwood is adjacent to a paved walking/biking trail.
Don't worry about parking! One covered reserved space is available plenty of first-come first-served spots for one additional vehicle.
This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/day per pet (maximum 2 pets).
