Nestled right by the Park City Tanger Outlet stores, Powderwood is the perfect place for a vacation any time of year. Just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown, this recently remodeled top-floor (3rd floor) condo has 2-bedrooms and a loft, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably.
The main living room has plenty of seating and a cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days or cool summer mountain evenings.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and detached full bathroom. Sleeping loft provides space for 4 more guests. All three bedding areas do have TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to easily dine in. Make a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day, have lunch and snack items around and enjoy a home-cooked meal or throw some burgers on the BBQ grill.
Door-to-Door shuttle service throughout Park City is provided by High Valley transit and is free.
The entire home is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, and smart TVs. There is also a private washer and dryer, ironing board, blow dryer and games.

Guest Bedroom: Queen (shares guest bathroom with Loft)
Loft: 1 queen bed and a set of twin bunks (1 queen & 2 twin beds)
Along with the home, you'll have access to the Powderwood community amenities with a hot tub (open all year), pool (open in summer only), lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ's and picnic area. Powderwood is adjacent to a paved walking/biking trail.
Don't worry about parking! One covered reserved space is available plenty of first-come first-served spots for one additional vehicle.
This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/day per pet (maximum 2 pets).
Utah Escapes is responsive and helpful with communications throughout your trip. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens.

The unit was great for our short stay. The top floor unit was quiet, clean, and had enough room for our family of 4 and one dog. The walking/bicycle trail next to the unit was perfect, and the location and views were great.

Powderwood Luxe was a great vacation condo. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Right next to the paved biking trail and free bus route. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

A simple, clean space that fulfills all needs
Ikon pass holders making a Epic mistake!!!! Park City is on the Epic pass. All went well though as there plenty of Ikonic (hehe) Mountains in the area. — This small but clean, cozy unit worked well for the four of us (a mom, two adult sons and a big dog). Ru, the dog, especially loved the walking trail directly out the door. Unit is located in a large development of condos, yet it is the last unit which has a view of mountains not buildings. That’s awesome great luck!!

Super nice, modern condo in a great location!
Location was great - we could walk to the outlets. We were right next to Whole Foods. Restaurant Row was about 4-7 minutes away. Park City Resort and Mountain was about 10 minutes away. We felt close to everything. The condo is really cute. The loft is the coolest part of the condo and has two sets of bunk beds. Having TVs in every room was very nice too. We made thanksgiving in the kitchen - best if 1-2 people are working in there at a time. Jeff was really kind and always a text away. He was very communicative from the start. So if you have any questions or something comes up, he will help within a couple of minutes. Definitely recommend!! Was clean too!

Great location
Great location. Place is a bit small but it fits our needs. The upstairs loft is a little small and not much privacy.
The house has no spices or seasoning. We had to go buy even salt and pepper. Also, for soap and shampoo, there was only 1 bar soap in each bathroom. I reached out to property manager to inform and he offered to purchased but we have already bought them.
The house was not clean at all upon arrival. All dishes were dirty, dishwasher has some pet hair in it. Shower has a missing door. The pipe under the sink was leaking. We contacted the property manager and he was very responsive and fixed all the issues right away.

Nice dog friendly apartment near outlet store
We are family of 4 with tween, teen and 2 dogs. We don’t like crowded area and enjoy spaces for our dogs. This apartment was perfect and convenient location. (Grocery shopping, coffee shop, and outlet stores.) although apartment is on 3rd floor, there is a dog walking trail behind the stairway. We arrived past office hours and had a minor complication getting in the property. Property management responded very promptly. We enjoyed our stay.

Close to Olympic Park for Team USA Luge athletes
Brianna Gosnell and Goldie Miller, Team USA Luge athletes and families had a great stay at this condo. It is close enough to the Olympic Park that it is quick to get 'home' for lunch between trainings. It is walking distance (less than .25 miles) to shopping. Free, public transportation is available. A clean condo, very comfortable, and the property manager is readily available with questions.

Great place and service
Place was perfect for a ski trip for me and my daughter. Very clean, short walk to the town bus route and shopping/grocery stores. Everything that we needed.
Had a minor issue during our stay but Jeff and his crew went over and above to resolve it very quickly without any inconvenience to us. Communication with Jeff was amazing - very, very responsive. We will definitely stay there again on future trips to PC.
