You have found the perfect location to enjoy a wonderful beach getaway with your family and friends! This magical getaway is located across the street from the beach. The beautiful ocean views are endless and amazing. It is a short walk to the before you can have your toes in the sand and a drink in your hand. While at the beach house you will enjoy listening to the waves while you relax on the hammock, one of the tall Adirondack chairs(which offer an even better beach view), or lounging on the patio furniture. There are two wonderful outdoor dining tables on the upper and lower deck for you to enjoy a freshly grilled meal from the provided grill. There is a large fenced-in yard where you can enjoy playing outdoor games or playing fetch with your dog.

The cozy beach house has high ceilings, an open floor plan, and a large sectional that will welcome you upon arrival. The recently renovated kitchen and dining area are the perfect places to gather with friends, prepare meals, play games and enjoy time with one another. The large island offers seating for four while the dining table allows seating for 6.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an outdoor shower. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and private ensuite that was also recently renovated. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and shares the second bath with the third bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a wonderful bunk room that sleeps 7. It has a full over full bunk and a twin over twin with trundle.

The Terramar neighborhood has vehicle beach access at the front of the neighborhood where you can unload your beach supplies for the day and set up for a day of adventures. Not only is the beach easily accessible, but this lovely community also offers a beautiful communal pool, fishing pier, boat ramp, and covered gazebo. There are so many choices for your entire group and there is something for everyone.

The beach is amazing but the city of Galveston also has so much to offer. Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Moody Gardens, and the Pleasure Pier are some of our guest's favorites. The historic Strand district offers great shopping, dining, strolling, and La Kings Ice cream and candy store.

**The community amenities are accessible with the provided keys upon arrival. The replacement cost for lost keys is $150. We do expect our guests to follow the community rules and respect the neighbors during your stay. There are no large gatherings or parties allowed. Be sure to pick up any pets droppings before check out to avoid additional pet fees.**

Cancellation policy: No cancellations for weather. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival full refund minus a $75 processing fee Cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $75 processing fee. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
