An upper corner unit, with fully renovated kitchen, new tile floors throughout, and fabulously updated baths. Located in Phase 4 of the Mesquite Country Club in South Palm Springs, this popular Country Club boasts amazing views and is only minutes from downtown Palm Springs.

From one of two patios, you can enjoy outdoor grilling and dining with great mountain views. Inside, this unit offers 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, and a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The Living Room offers a flat screen TV with DVR, queen sleeper sofa and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The Master Bedroom, has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, private patio access, computer workstation, and elegantly remodeled ensuite bath. The Guest Bedroom has a plush queen bed, and flat screen TV. There is upgraded cable, BluRay DVD players and 5G wireless internet throughout this unit. The very popular Mesquite Country Club offers golf, tennis, racquetball and all the amenities you'd expect, while situated in the wind-free south end of Palm Springs and just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Oranj rentals were THE BEST! So helpful and easy to communicate with for the entire proceeds and trip! The trip was so calm, quiet, clean and lovely! Super Warm Pools!!!

Had some issues and extra charge that was wrong
The office is closed at 5 so if you arrive after that you get an envelope from a lockbox. The next day you have to make a trip over to the office to sign everything that you already signed on line. We did all of this, barely were even at the condo, had to deal with a sink that fell out and drinking water from the fridge that my daughter drank and then realized it was full of floaties, and then after we left town they said we didn’t return a set of keys and one of the gate cards! Turns out they did get the keys and we were NOT given two gate cards. So they are charging us $100 for a second gate card. It’s not right but since I signed the contract I’m stuck with the extra fee. Not happy and will not rent through this agency again. We should be getting a credit for all of the hassle but instead are being charged for a card we were not given.

Great location and large enough for two The complex was undergoing fall landscaping so loud for the first two days w mowers. Tree trimming. Also painted front steps without checking if unit was occupied Kitchen could have somewhat better stocking but the overall furniture. Location and unit was excellent. Great master shower. Would stay again

Amazing experience
Great location, under 10 min to downtown and airport. Property is fantastic - clean, well decorated, well stocked with necessities. 3 pools and tennis courts inside gated community. Grounds absolutely beautiful
