The house is a very comfortable home and in a great location, a cheerful 4-bedroom home with an indoor fireplace.
Located in the center of Heber City, it is 15 minutes to the gondola and 25-30 minutes to resorts. There is great tubing nearby at Soldier Hollow and an ice castle at Midway.
The comfort and satisfaction of our guests are our main goals!

Clean, convenient, comfortable, and quiet. We've stayed here twice this summer. Love the two- car garage parking and huge dining table. Bring your own shampoo and body wash.

Well stocked

Nice to have plenty of seating along with all the beds and rooms. Kitchen had enough cups/dinnerware for everyone. Would stay here again

All I needed were 3 things.

All I needed was a bathroom, a bed and a place to ski. This house had all that and more. The house is about 30 minutes from skiing. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a couple minutes from the house. Would/will stay here again.

Great place for family ski trip

The house is in a great location for skiing at Park City or Deer Valley. Nice to stay in a home with plenty of room to hang out. Plenty of kitchen items to make it easy to make food for the whole family rather than having to go out every meal. Very comfortable and reasonably priced.

Great location for area activities

The home was perfect for us. It is close to the places we had planned to visit and looks like a great neighborhood. The host was very easy to work with and very willing to work with us on check in time due to our travel situation. The house had everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay there again! Nice home, great location. Easy access to the Park City ski area and under an hour from SLC airport via highways. Home was well furnished, clean, and comfortable.

Great house to stay at right in the middle of Heber City.

We had a great little getaway with all of our kids. The house has 3 private bedrooms and another bedroom with 2 triple bunkers for the teenagers and little kids. Nice big kitchen table for everyone to eat at and play games. The family room is nice and big with 3 couches for everyone to relax around.

The property manager was great to work with. Very responsive. The house was well stocked. The yard needed some upkeep. Only two bathrooms for 8 people was a little difficult at times.

Nice area, nice beds, not clean and needs repair.

Loved the layout for bigger families. We can all be together! There was dirty underwear on the floor in the bunk room, the master toilet didn’t flush and constantly ran. Backyard is not kid friendly.

We were only staying For one night for the Polar Express so it was in the perfect spot and fit us comfortably. There was a struggle at first as I was trying to communicate through the VRBO app but when I went straight to texting directly the communication was better.

Large enough to fit everyone. All the bunk beds were small and one of them had broken rails. Couches worked for beds which made up for the unusable bunk beds as the kids are around 6' tall and beds were too short for them. Communication with the manager was very good and they responded in a timely manner. Would stay there again.

The house had quite a bit of damage outside. We didn’t receive a welcoming email or check-in info until we had been at the house for a while and called for it. There were high end decor all over the house and it was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were mice but being that it was spring and near farms, it’s hard not to have mice.

The owner ghosted me

The owner sent a welcome text at 10:26am on our arrival day. I responded, 'Thank you" at 10:33am and then at 10:37am, asked if it would be possible to check in a little early. She responded at 10:01pm that she just saw my text. I was awakened at 1:10am to a horrible screeching noise outside of the bedroom window. It was very scary until I realized that the sound was from a bush outside of my window scraping against the glass. It was loud and I had trouble sleeping. I messaged the owner at 6:40am and let her know of the problem. I asked her if it would be possible for someone to trim the bush(es) (there was another bush brushing up against the window in another bedroom as well). No response.
