HEBER HAVEN is a spacious mountain-view townhome just minutes from Deer Valley East Village and Jordanelle Reservoir. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 separate living spaces, and room for up to 12 guests, it’s a comfortable retreat for families, groups, ski trips, and year-round getaways.

Inside, you’ll find plenty of room to gather and relax. The open-concept main living area features comfortable seating, a 65" TV, a built-in fireplace wall, and beautiful views of the mountains, Heber Valley, Deer Creek Reservoir, and nearby streams. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meals at home, including a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, waffle maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, and dining service for 16. The dining table seats 6–8+, with additional seating at the kitchen island.

The spacious primary suite includes an adjustable plush king bed, a 65" TV, mountain, lake, and valley views, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, an oversized tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. The adjacent loft includes a workspace, recliner, and twin daybed with trundle. Additional bedrooms include two queen bedrooms, each with a 50" TV, and a bunk room with two bunk beds.

Guests can enjoy three living spaces, including an upstairs loft with a retro gaming console featuring 300+ classic games, plus a walk-out basement living room with a ping pong table, TV, toys, books, and dozens of board and card games. Outdoor spaces include a deck with a propane BBQ grill and Adirondack seating, plus a back patio with seating and a propane fire pit.

In winter, ski racks and a boot/glove dryer make it easy to store and dry gear after a day on the mountain. In every season, HEBER HAVEN is a relaxing home base for skiing, boating, hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, and exploring all that Heber Valley and Park City have to offer.

Please note: Some listing photos may not fully reflect the new surrounding development. A few additional homes have been built down the hill from the townhome. While portions of their rooflines may be visible, they do not block the beautiful views of the mountains, Deer Creek Reservoir, or Heber Valley.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Kelly was attentive and replied to our messages promptly and with professionalism during our stay. The house was clean and exactly what we were expecting. The views are spectacular out the back patio. I would recommend this house to other friends and family if they were staying in the area.

Great Place - Awesome Location & Amenities

This location was great. We spent time at the reservoir and in Park City. The views off the deck and out of the windows were phenomenal. Loved the huge master bedroom and the comfy, adjustable bed was a nice feature. Great space. Very clean. Everyone enjoyed sitting in the adirondak chairs for the perfect evening weather and star gazing. The ping pong table and fire pit were also a hit. Hosts were very communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to get away

I had a fantastic stay! Kelly responded very quickly--super clear and friendly communication. The condo looked just like the pictures. Everything was immaculate. BEAUTIFUL view. The little welcome gift from the host's family was so cute and thoughtful. I appreciated the comfy new bed and loved having a full kitchen and fireplace feature. My kids had so much fun in the game room in the basement. Stay here! You won't regret

We love the Heber Valley because it is surrounded by beauty and close to so many year-round adventures. The views from our windows and back deck were what first sold us on this property. From the townhome, you can take in sweeping views of Midway, Mount Timpanogos, Deer Creek Reservoir, nearby canyons, meandering streams, and rolling hills that are lush and green in the summer or beautifully snow-covered in the winter. It is a view that truly does not disappoint.

We also love the location. The home is close to lakes, mountains, and outdoor activities in every season, including skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, boating, and stargazing. It is also near Midway’s charming Swiss-inspired village and within easy driving distance of Park City’s historic Main Street for shopping, dining, and exploring the area’s rich Sundance film history.

The area is also surrounded by Olympic history and future Olympic excitement. Nearby venues in Park City and Soldier Hollow hosted events during the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Winter Games, and Utah is set to host the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games again in 2034. Utah Olympic Park in Park City and Soldier Hollow near Midway remain key Olympic legacy venues and help make this area especially unique for winter sports fans.

For those simply looking to rest and recharge, there is nothing better than sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the back deck with a glass of lemonade in the summer or a steaming mug of your favorite drink in the winter, taking in the serenity and majesty of the mountains all around you.
