This is a ranch style home located in the beautiful Estrella Mountain Ranch area of Goodyear Arizona. This home has it's own private inground pool. BRAND NEW furniture throughout each room of the home. 3 bedrooms all queen sized beds with new bedding and 2 full bathrooms with one bathroom inside the master suite. Out side feature's fire pit and gas grill with several lounge areas. Laundry room with new washer and dryer. 1 front door ring door bell for security on property and one backyard ring security camera.

Exceptional place to stay

Well maintained, nice location, away from the bustle of Phoenix, but close enough to get to and from. We were there for the NCAA mens final four. The stadium was easily accesible also. Confo is very comfy, and the pool was fun. ..

Phenomenal Stay

If you are in the Goodyear, AZ area and need a place to stay, take advantage of this house. By far my best VRBO experience. We were in town for my son’s college golf tournament and this house was 4 minute drive to the golf course.The house is beautiful and host Gina is excellent to work with. Flight arrived early into Phoenix and we were able to check in early. Can’t say enough about this stay.

This house has everything. Great selection of TV channels, heated pool with awesome landscape, newer comfortable furniture, types of coffee (ground and pods), chips and peanuts, and plenty of dishes. In the 20 years of using VRBO this one is the top place I’ve stayed. Host are great folks and if you need to call they are there to help!

We have stayed in several Goodyear homes but this is our favorite! House is clean, well furnished, and a great locations for us. Nice backyard with a pool. Homeowner communication is excellent. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Trip!

My husband and I were in Arizona for business and this house was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean, perfectly stocked with everything we needed (and even some things we didn’t even realize we would want!), and very comfortable. Gina, the owner, was so great to work with and super responsive with any questions I had. I would highly recommend staying here, and if we are ever in the area again, this house would be our first choice!

We really enjoyed staying at this home in Estrella Mountain Ranch. The booking and access to the home was really smooth. The house is very neat and clean. We did not get a chance to use the pool, but it looks great. The backyard was awesome. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Wonderful, Warm and Friendly

We had a wonderful stay. The home is very clean and we felt at home immediately. We really liked the decor - very warm and welcoming. The owners have put a lot of attention to details and conveniences, the pool was very clean and the water was warm, and the outdoor area had everything we needed. It's located in a very nice area and the neighborhood was quiet. Gina and her property manager Angela were extremely responsive and accommodating. We loved this place and will definitely look to stay here again.

Nice place

The house was perfect for our needs. The location was close to the raceway. The house had the perfect amount of furniture and super clean! What you see in the pictures are accurate. The host provided items you would expect at a hotel and she checked in to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely recommend this house in AZ. Loved it!!!

We purchased this property in Estrella Mountain Ranch to visit in the winter months and immediately fell in love with the views and the magic of Estrella. This home has a stunning resort style backyard featuring heated inground pool for year long swimming. Pool can be heated to a constant 86 degrees all day long. There are biking trails, and walking trails near both lakes within 2 - 3 miles of property. The Estrella Golf Club for golfing is 1 mile from the property. The Nascar Phoenix racetrack is nearby along with Stargazer tower and Lakeside Grill and Presidio club house restaurants. Perfect location to drive to to Scottsdale & Glendale for shopping and entertainment area's. The patio features patio dining set along with outdoor gas fire pit and outdoor gas grill. The open concept kitchen has vaulted ceilings and breakfast bar. New Keurig coffee maker. All brand new stainless steel appliances with new washer and dryer in utility room. 1 television in main living room with streaming services and free internet connection. 3 bedrooms master is split from the other 2 rooms on back end of the house near pool door. Read the 5 STAR Reviews you will not be disappointend with your stay.

This property is private, quiet and relaxing. 35 minute drive from Phoenix airport. 1.2 miles from Golf Club of Estrella a Jack Nicklaus course. The Sonoran Desert surrounds you as you traverse the foothills of the Sierra Estrella mountain range. Golf course has club house restaurant and beverage service.

Estrella Mountain Ranch is home of Yacht Club and Presidio club houses. American restaurant located in the Yacht club with great outdoor seating patio along with Presidio club house Cantina restaurant for Mexican food. Prices are very reasonable.

Taste of Italy prefer to do take out from here 17750 W Elliott Road 2.4 miles from home. Amazing pizza, garlic bread and chicken alfredo.
Corral West Horseback riding. Located approximately 9 miles from the house great pricing with beautiful trail rides for daytime and sunset hours. 480-450-2651. *There is a $7 park entry fee to go into the park and the horse ranch is near back of the Estrella Regional Park. It is horse rescue, very friendly and accommodating staff.
Café Bebida 8175 Hillside Drive 3 miles from house. Great coffee and breakfast pastries.
You can download the “all trails” app on your phone and you can find routes that are near the house to do hiking.
Golf Club of Estrella – Jack Nicklaus course open to public. I find Groupon discounts online for them from time to time. 1.8 miles from house.
Westgate Entertainment District 6751N Sunset Boulevard in Glendale. About a 35 minute drive from the house. Great entertainment district with restaurants, bars, music and Gila River Arena. Across the street you will find the Tanger Outlet Mall for great shopping.
Scottsdale has great downtown area and upscale shopping mall with high very good restaurants. Papago Park hole in rock is fun easy hike with great views of Scottsdale. Some favorite restaurants Culinary Dropout, Olive and Ivy and Sicilian Butcher.
Lake Pleasant Cruises 45 minute drive from house. Look on website for variety of cruise options.
