Great location and we loved the heated pool as an amenity. The host was great with communicating things as well. Would highly recommend this home as a great place to stay and near several fun things to do and see in Arizona.

The house was very clean, it has everything you need for a great get away, the pool/hot tub was warm and clean too. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. All in all it was a the perfect house location for my adult sons and I to stay to watch the NASCAR championship race

Graduation trip

My husband and I came from Cali to spend some time with our family who came from NJ to celebrate our son’s graduation from GCU. Dave and Teri were super easy to communicate with and very thorough. The house is beautiful- pictures are good but don’t really do it justice. They thought of everything. It is stocked and immaculately cleaned. The pool and spa were great! Depending on your needs, the location was great for us! Nice quiet neighborhood. Located near Westgate for shopping and dining, State Farm stadium ,and many baseball fields during spring training times. For us, close to our son’s and many students apartments. Easy drive. Appreciate the hospitality. hoping to visit again!

Our home away from home

We just retired and spent the whole month of March here! The house was clean and well stocked with what we needed! When I asked for a measuring cup- one arrived the next day!!!Pool was wonderfully heated and the new hot tub worked well on those chilly nights! Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and entertainment needs. A few family members visited on occasions and the house accommodated us all. Thanks Teri & Dave!

Excellent first trip to Phoenix

This was our first stay at a VRBO and our first time to the Phoenix area. From start to finish our experience at this VRBO was excellent. The house was clean, well stocked, and the owners were great and very helpful. The few questions we had were answered promptly and they even reached out to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely rent here again if we come back to this area.

Everything was perfect!

Arrived early and owners accommodated a little early check-in. Communication was great and the home had everything we needed. Hot Tub was awesome! All in all everything was great!

Beautiful house

Went to Arizona for thanksgiving with family. Found this house for its great location. House exceeded expectations and owners were great to deal with. If I ever end up needing to go back to area I would definitely book this property again.

Southwestern charm

The house was beautiful. Had that southwestern desert vibe. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely backyard to relax in. Pool was great. Dave was very pleasant and nice to talk with. House had everything we could have wanted and more! Hope to stay there again in the future. Loved it!
