Hail Caesar, and welcome home to your palace prominently overlooking 4th St close to OSU.

Your living room includes free slot machines, a 75” smart TV, board games, gaming table, video games, and cheetahs. We equipped every bedroom with a 55" Smart TV and Smart Bed. Your kitchen includes all cooking essentials and the third floor includes a common study area with desks and personal computer.

5 minutes to the Short North/OSU/Downtown/Airport.

‱ Five bedrooms, two bathrooms.
‱ Living room has a 70” smart TV with complementary Hulu TV service and access to all your streaming subscriptions.
‱ Play on our arcade machines and slot machines (tokens cannot be exchanged for money, this is purely for fun)
‱ Kitchen is fully functional and thoroughly outfitted
‱ Office area with desk and computer on the third floor.
‱ Clean towels and linens are provided.
‱ Combo washer/dryer in the upstairs bathroom.
‱ The common areas of the house include the living room, kitchen, and the office upstairs.

Guests will have access to the entire side of the duplex, minus several closets we use for storing supplies. We value the privacy of our guests, but are available by message or phone call if you need any assistance.

The Old North is a quiet neighborhood near OSU. You can get to I-71 within two minutes of getting in your car, and from there to most locations in Columbus in 20 minutes or less.

PARKING: Parking is limited! There is space for one car behind the house. If you are bringing additional cars, you will need to find on-street parking. The best places are along North 4th Street or Tompkins Street. Typically you can find spaces within two to three blocks of the house.

CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.

Guys weekend

Had a guys weekend with friends from different parts of the country. Place was what we needed for a few days. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Place was very clean and overall the process was very easy. Property was near everything that we had planned so very easy trip for us

Fun and clean Columbus home

Graduation celebration

The hosts were great about communication and quite helpful. The room were as described, unfortunately, it was the narrow stairs and small bathroom sizes that impacted us the most. We had to secure additional lodging for older family members who were unable to navigate the stairs and use the tight bathroom space.

The most important thing to me when I stay away from home is the comfort of the beds and wow, these beds are great! Air conditioning on all levels! Nice and cool

Great location for our friend trip to the OSU Football game

The decor is quirky but it works. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The location was close to the stadium and several bars. We used the rental scooters to get around a lot which was so fun! The only negative for us was the fridge and stove are small and the kitchen is laid out with very little available countertop space so just think ahead if you plan to cook. Bonus though, they do have a few additional mini fridges for drinks around the house.

Caesar’s Palace Columbus

Really enjoyed our stay for the OSU football season opener! Fun and very interesting decor, bedrooms well laid out and spacious, and the hosts were super responsive to questions. TVs in every bedroom was a big plus!

Great for our group!

Originally we were a little worried about parking, but we ended up having no problem finding any at all. A group of us came to Columbus for a concert and it ended up getting delayed by rain. There were so many different games to play while we waited and places to chill. The front porch was the best hang out area. The hosts were so helpful and communicated extremely well. I’d definitely stay again!

Well-equipped and Comfortable

This property is a uniquely themed duplex in near OSU. The beds were comfortable and there are three floors to spread out on. The living area and kitchen are on the small side for so many bedrooms but our group of 9 managed to squeeze in. The house is older with the charm and quirks that come with that. We loved the hardwood and tile floors throughout. Modern updates included very comfortable adjustable beds, good pillows, plenty of outlets with USB and regular charging capacity, large TVs in rooms, a secured keyless entry. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms small but serviceable and stocked. Parking is challenging as stated in the description. We did squeeze two cars in back and street parking was not too far of a walk. 4th street is a little busy and there are not many stores or restaurants within walking distance. Hosts were extremely responsive with questions and concerns and came immediately to look at the one issue we had. Overall good location for adults or college-aged guests. I might recommend that families with young children look for other locations just due to the lack of parks and the busy area.

Proximity to OSU's campus, Clintonville, downtown (straight shot down Summit or HIgh St.), and event center including Historic Crew Stadium. Proximate to, though well-insulated from, I-71. Also, the character, resilience, quality and design of the historic housing inventory in SOHUD.
