The home is beautiful and has plenty of common spaces for a large group (4 families!). The views are incredible and the little path around the pond was so nice for our kids to explore.

Amazing property!

The house itself exceeded our expectations. Tons of room, nicely furnished and all supplies we needed for cooking were there. Steam shower, hot tub, kitchen, garage, and host were all great. Great place for multiple families, and it's also very close to some nice trailheads and only 5 minutes from downtown Crested Butte,

Property was just as advertised!Pros: location, views from house, lots of space in the house, beautiful neighborhood, Hot tub, lots of towelsCons: kitchen tools, pots/pans need a good scrub, and need to be updated (all non stick pans were horribly scratched, pots/pans were sticky/tacky), and carpets in home need professionally cleaned

Great place for a ski trip!

We’ve stayed now two years in a row and love it. With 3 families that ski together each year we look for a house that has plenty of space to join together, or separate when needed. The house is perfect for what we look for. We even enjoy the short distance from town to feel secluded but close enough.

Awesome home in a beautiful location!

The pics don’t do this home and the views justice! It was an amazing home and perfect for our large group. The kitchen, dining, and living room area are very spacious with high ceilings, making the living spaces feel very large. The kitchen has great space for cooking and ample fridges for storing food and beverages. Very comfortable bedrooms with large bathrooms and closets. Great basement bunk area with plenty of extra space to hang out. This location is very close to town and the ski area, and since crested butte ski area is never that crowded, parking was never an issue for us even when arriving at 10 some days. The listing said 2500 sq feet but I think it had to be over 3000, I think the basement was not included in that. I was worried it may feel small with a large group but this was not the case at all as the house was very big! Will book again in the future.

Great Experience

The house was a great fit for our group and we especially liked the bedroom layout (two masters!). It had a well stocked kitchen and the property manager was easy to access and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house, great location

The house was very nice and easily fit our party of 10 adults and 4 kids. Great location. We did have issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Ladders to bunk beds insecure, lights not working, gas grill unusable, no fire pit, pots and pans not clean. We enjoyed our stay but may look elsewhere next time.

Great place for a family vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children ages 14 years, 10 years, 8 years and 7 months. The older girls spent lots of time fishing and paddle boarding on the pond right in front of the house. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous with the surrounding views of the mountains. It’s an easy drive to town and to several great hikes. The home was clean and spacious. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home! Just needs a bit of maintenance

We enjoyed our stay in Crested Butte as a group of adults and one baby. The house is beautiful in a wonderful neighborhood. There is some maintenance on the property that needs to take place and would prevent us from staying at this particular property again. Pros: - Beautiful views - Nice walking paths in neighborhood (especially during summer, this would be wonderful) - Luxury kitchen - Peaceful neighborhood with kind residents / respectful renters Cons: - Property needs a deep cleaning. Upon arrival many dishes and silverware were in the cabinets with food caked on. During our stay we realized this is likely because of the dishwasher, which we had to run multiple cycles just to get orange juice cleaned from a glass. - The property is in need of a bedding refresh - there are stains on duvet covers and bedding, and some cheap pillows in a couple rooms. - Overall maintenance: bunk bed ladder bolts are loose / unsafe, there’s mold in the washing machine, there’s no garage clicker / code to pull vehicles in and out without going through the house. Helpful insight for future renters: - The property was freezing cold at check in. All thermostats were set to 60 degrees, which is what’s outlined in their checkout instructions. Once we turned these up, after about 8 hours the house was a nice temperature and we had no issues. - The listing says 2 garage spaces and 2 driveway spaces for parking. However there’s a vehicle in the garage so it’s only 1 garage space.

The best stay in Crested Butte!

First off, if you're thinking about booking this beautiful home - please do as you will not be disappointed. It is in a perfect location with views all around. The house was super clean and the layout is perfect for big groups. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed utilizing the huge island and viking stove. We even saw a fox friend on our porch multiple times during our stay! Management was very easy to communicate with and they answered any questions we had. They even shoveled snow off the sidewalk for us during our stay. We will definitely be back to stay at this gem of a VRBO!!!

Great multi-generational family house

We loved our stay here. The house was perfect for our multi-generational family. The house was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The owner was very responsive to our requests. The location is a just a little outside of town but it was easy enough to bike or take a longer walk into town. The house also served as a perfect launch pad for daily in town and outside activities including, hiking, fishing, golfing and biking. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your wonderful house with our family!

This property was perfect for our family of 5! Clean, plenty of room, well stocked with all the comforts of home. Beds were comfy, enjoyed the steam shower & hot tub. Kids loved their rooms & they really thought the room with the ladder up to the loft was so cool! We love The layout of this home too. Location was great. The kids fished just steps away from the back patio. Loved the little trail around the pond. Also loved having all the trails around-walking up to the lake, think it was called grant lake & trails that would take you all the way into town. All the wildflowers this time of year-it was beautiful! Communication with the property manager, Zoe, was great! We really enjoyed our stay! Jennifer

Beautiful home with a great fishing pond!

Our large group (parents and kids) had a WONDERFUL stay at this beautiful house. It slept a of us (14) comfortably. There is a great pond you can fish in behind the house, while basking in the Mountain Views. We had an issue with a shower leaking and the property manager fixed it in no time! And got us an extra trash bin with zero hassle. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful home in Crested Butte

We are a group of friends who have skied together for 35 years all over the US, Canada and Europe. We have stayed in some great and some not so great places. The house met all our expectations. The service and support was wonderful. The house clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was a great addition, especially after a long day on the slopes. There are 10 total beds, which can be hard to find in Crested Butte. All the rooms were in great condition. The house is about 8 minutes south of town and an easy 15 minute drive to the ski resort. I would definitely rent the house again, maybe coming back in the summer

Wonderful stay

House was beautiful and so was the neighborhood. House was 10 minutes to lifts and less than 5 minutes from town. We are planning to go back and are looking to purchase home in a Crested Butte now after our experience.

Beautiful, well-equipped home!

Our home is still under construction, so we needed a place last minute for Thanksgiving and arriving family. This home fit the bill perfectly! My wife and I arrived early and stayed after our son and his family joined us for 3 days. Great layout, all around and excellent communication with owner/manager. Great views, walking trails, and neighborhood. Close to CB—a great rental—all around.

Peaceful location

House and neighborhood were beautiful. Enjoyed the pond and view. We were a little surprised to find construction going on right next door during our stay, but it wasn’t too bad. Construction crew doesn’t work weekends or super early in the morning. Overall great stay.
