The Space:

Space to spread out, room to gather back together—this 4-bedroom Riverbend home sleeps 9 and is built for multiple families or multi-generational trips. Soak in the hot tub as mountain peaks glow at sunset, then head inside to all-new furniture, mattresses, appliances, and linens throughout.

Downstairs, three guest bedrooms (queen, twin/twin, and twin/twin plus trundle) share a spacious full bath with double vanity and separate bath/shower—easy for a full house to get ready at once. Upstairs is where the magic happens: an open, light-filled living, dining, and kitchen area with sweeping views, a south-facing deck for grilling, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for your best meals. The primary suite tucks in nearby with a king bed, smart TV, and a spa-like bath with soaking tub and double vanity.

Step outside to the west patio, where a built-in fire pit and cozy seating invite you to linger under Crested Butte's famous starry skies—the perfect way to end any day here.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

No events or parties allowed. This property is located in a residential neighborhood so renters must be mindful of the neighbors. All vehicles, trailers, and campers must be parked in the driveway. NO ON STREET PARKING. 4 vehicles are allowed. No smoking, of any substance, is allowed in or on the premises.

This property is not pet friendly.

Guest Access:

Check-in instructions including your keypad door code will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST.
