"Pigs Fly" an Adorable Guest Suite in the Round Top Area

"Pigs Fly," a fully renovated & professionally interior designed home, formerly “Henry’s Grocery,” a 1920’s General Store. Located in Burton, just 10 minutes to famous Round Top Antiques, the location can’t be beat! Coffee shops & restaurants within walking distance of the home. You will be renting a completely private "front suite" to the whole home. In this suite you will have a king size bedroom, two twin bunks, a full bath with walk in shower & a kitchenette with oven/range & full fridge.

In this private suite you will have one bedroom with a king size pillow top mattress and custom bedding. In the hall there is a bunkbed with two twin size beds, also pillow top mattresses and custom bedding. There is one full bathroom with a fabulous walk in shower. The living, dining and kitchen are an open concept space with everything you will need for your stay. A full kitchenette with oven/range, fridge and sink and stocked with cooking supplies. Enjoy watching a show on the sofa with the smart TV.

This is a private front suite that is connected to another rental space which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/dining and living space. The spaces are separated by a shared common wall with a door that has locks from both sides to ensure both guests privacy. You will have access to your suite only unless rented along with the back space. Guest's have thoroughly enjoyed this set up and some enjoy the option to converse with the other guests- totally up to you of course!

A complete delight!! We chose this property because it was close to a family wedding in Round Top and our family in Brenham. What a great choice! The location is convenient, and we loved the small town of Burton. The decor is beautiful and very well done. Charming and tasteful. There are two adjoining units, and renting both units worked out beautifully for our family. Both units are in my top five favorite VRBO properties! Thank you Trisha!

Girls Trip to the Round Top Area

This property is so cute and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for my two adult daughters and myself. The only drawback was there was no ladder to get to the top bunk. It was a challenge getting into that bed, but other than that, it was the perfect stay.

The front suite is very nicely decorated but it is lacking a few things i.e. a toaster, a sharp knife for cutting fruit and a pair of scissors.Apparently the walls have no insulation as we could plainly hear the other guests talking, swearing, sighing, yawning, and snoring which was incredibly disturbing.

Weekend mother daughter trip

Like brand new and exactly as pictured. Loved the décor!! Close enough to Round Top but far enough to be out of crowd if during antique fair. Very easy to communicate with owner- was a wonderful experience.

Spent another delightful Round Top show weekend at Pigs Fly in Burton, Texas. Just 7 miles away from the chaos, this little gem in Burton is well-equipped and beautifully decorated! All the amenities and oh-so-luxurious bedding! Hate to even post this, as I want this place to be available every time I go to Round Top.

Very well designed and appointed space. Photos are excellent representation, but honestly, it’s even better in person. Linens are exquisite and plentiful. Beds are super comfy and cozy. Convenient, more peaceful location for Round Top experience. Very clean and host is most responsive. Already booked for next visit! Overall just a great place.
