-This property is a two bedroom one bathroom home located on a spacious corner property with plenty of yard and porch space. Near by spots: Florabella is a 1 block away, Roxy movie theater is a 5 min walk, famous Rockin' Rudy's store is 1 block away, University of Montana is a 10 min walk, downtown Higgins Bridge is a 10 min walk, Gild Brewery is a 5 min walk, river trail is 10 min walk away. Ideal location for walking and enjoying all that Missoula has to offer.

Home is in a fantastic location. Walkable to the University, downtown, and the historic slant street area of town. It was clean and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay in this house. There were some minor details of the amenities provided that could be updated and improved upon.

Great, Charming place, close to UM

We stayed here when in town for a concert at Washington Grizzly stadium and it was perfect! Walking distance, comfortable, and quaint as advertised. Brian was also a great host!

Great property. Quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and well maintained. It was stocked with everything you need like towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really liked the covered front porch, which was always shaded and had some Adirondack chairs. Rooms had lots of natural light from the many windows. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Lovely Missoula Home!

402 Blaine was a lovely old home in a tree shaded near downtown neighborhood. We walked to restaurants and a great ice cream shop! The home was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely come back again!

Great location!

This older little house worked perfect for us as we were in town for homecoming festivities. We could walk downtown and to the stadium within 15-20 minutes easily. The house is simple and clean!
