Near by spots: Florabella is a 1 block away, Roxy movie theater is a 5 min walk, famous Rockin' Rudy's store is 1 block away, University of Montana is a 10 min walk, downtown Higgins Bridge is a 10 min walk, Gild Brewery is a 5 min walk, river trail is 10 min walk away. We stayed here when in town for a concert at Washington Grizzly stadium and it was perfect! Walking distance, comfortable, and quaint as advertised. Brian was also a great host!

Perfect for our mother daughter trip. We had everything we needed for our week long visit to Missoula. I appreciated the historic style. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for comfortable visit with family. We loved the quiet neighborhood. We were in walking distance to restaurants and also easy to walk to Downtown if needed. I will definitely stay again. Appreciate the friendly service and look forward to going back to my favorite city in Montana.

The home is in a great location! Brian was very responsive and flexible with check-in/check-out. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We really loved using the front porch to enjoy our coffee! We would absolutely stay here again!

This older little house worked perfect for us as we were in town for homecoming festivities. We could walk downtown and to the stadium within 15-20 minutes easily. The house is simple and clean!

Lovely Missoula Home!

402 Blaine was a lovely old home in a tree shaded near downtown neighborhood. We walked to restaurants and a great ice cream shop! The home was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely come back again!

Zoo girls weekend

Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood walkable to downtown. Decor was lovely. The bed was a little firm for my liking. The house was clean and the shower was amazing.
