Arguably one of the best locations in Downtown Lafayette, our condo is literally in the middle of it all.... Dinning, Shopping, Parks, Grocery Stores, Coffee Shops, Ice Cream Parlors, Museums, Nightlife. From the Young to Old you're gonna love it here! Everything in the condo is nice & clean. This condo was specially designed for comfort and the enjoyment for our friends and family that come to Lafayette, so we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Even the sofa turns into a cozy day or night bed for fun movie watching or relaxing or for a 2nd place to sleep. Please check out the pics and let me know if you have any questions.... Thanks!

You always see reviews about hosts making a vacation home feel like home. This is the first time we felt we were staying with someone who genuinely cared about our us as people and our experience. Dom made all interactions easy with a congeniality I can only explain as uniquely Acadien. My wife and i visit Lafayette often. There is nowhere else we plan on staying in the future. Everything was clean and qell apportioned.

Convenient and comfortable

We very much enjoyed the ease and comfort of the apartment. We were in town for Festival International, and the proximity of this apartment to downtown, all of the festivities and restaurants, definitely made it a wonderful trip!

A great little spot. Short walk from downtown restaurants and nightlife. Great food around. Short walk from convention center. Comfy property. Responsive and friendly host.

Stay in Lafayette, LA

Overall this was a great property, within 2 blocks of the downtown area. The owner/host was very responsive to all our needs, going above and beyond our needs and very friendly. Our only issue was with parking. There were 30 spaces for 30 units and we always had a problem getting a spot within the apartment complex. There is street parking available. We are senior citizens and the fact that there is no elevator for a three story building could be an issue for some.

Be careful at night

Nice spot and clean. The location is not awful, however the streets and property are dark and we hit a curb due to poor signage. The manager was great as far as getting us settled. Walking in daylight is fine, but there was a shooting at night and loud club noise. Overall it was very pleasant and we enjoyed our time. The parking is a little tricky, but we made do and even managed to get family in.

Weekend trip to Lafayette

Excellent communication with host. Perfect downtown location in gated complex. Within walking distance to all downtown areas. Unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Will stay here again for sure!!

Location, hard to find, GPS takes you to exit gate, one-way streets make it hard to get into. Downtown events very limited, most places closed. Not much to see or do, lots of traffic on surrounding streets.

Amazing host, great location & cute space!

I come to Lafayette for work often and this is one of my favorite places I have stayed. So cozy and inviting! Host has great energy and the location is very convenient. Another bonus is that it is gated for safety and parking is available.

Prime Location, Clean, Convenient, Great Host!

We were in town for a family wedding. I just wish I had known about this place sooner. This location is in a prime location! You can easily walk to Downtown restaurants. Every thing you need to live comfortably is here
sooooo much better than a hotel! We needed to add a day and so I sent Roland a text and he responded immediately and set us up. Yes, it is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator - but you know that already. There is road noise and some train noise, but that comes with being downtown and didn’t bother us. We will 100% be back next time we are in town!

Nice property, nice location

Would stay here again. One note: Don't trust your GPS to take you to the apartment/condo complex in which this property is located ... we didn't know it was on the second floor of a three-story complex, and our GPS kept telling us we had "arrived" when we pulled up near a house outside the complex. Once in we were fine, and loved the fact that so many things were within walking distance. Condo was clean and no noisy neighbors, so that was great. Communications were good. Great rating, as you can see.
