The property was clean, impressive and exactly as advertised. It was very close to all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge, but far enough from the strip to be in a quiet location with a creek in the back. The private hot tub was a great addition to our weekend stay.

Awesome house

We really enjoyed our stay. House was the perfect size for our group of girls. Owner was awesome with our check in. Location was great. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

The stay is amazing, clean and on prime location

The stay was good, clean and secured, located in calm location. Good for family and also for kids. Nice scenic view behind the stay. The stay is in prime location and its near for all attractions. The host was an amazing person, very helpful.

Cozy and quiet place to stay that is close to everything!

We house is very nice. It has everything that you will need for your vacation. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the blinds. We enjoyed our trip.

Cute Cottage in Lovely Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. Host was wonderful and messaged almost immediately if we had any questions. Cottage was so neat and clean and the neighborhood was really nice and quiet even though it was literally 2 minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge. Loved being so close to everything and we will definitely stay here again.

Great Staycation

It was really great experience lining in there. The hot tub was a plus and it was neat. Also, they had enough utensils to use. The host was really humble persons and helped me to plan my trip. I also took just opinion for some new experience during my visit to Gatlinburg.

Close to everything !

A beautiful cottage only minutes to Pigeon Forge. New flooring and very clean. Hot tub on back deck overlooks a large back yard in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. You won't be disappointed!

Happy travelers!

I stayed here with my hubby and 2 little boys. The boys were beyond thrilled with the bunk bed and hot tub. We love how easy and quick it was to get to the main strip in pigeon forge. It was also a very easy drive to gatlinburg and dollywood. The house was clean and comfortable!

Great location

Cute house, clean inside, shared drive with next door. Very close together houses in subdivision. Clean inside and property owner was responsive to all the issues we encountered which may have been mainly because the turn around from check out of other guests were same day.

Loved it!

I loved the property. It was clean. We had laundry pods supplied. The master bedroom bath tub was huge. We enjoyed the community pool. We we’re the only ones in it. The hot tub was perfect!!!

Excellent location and clean /cute house!

If you want to be close to town, this is the ideal location. There’s a back way out to avoid the Parkway. The house is clean with everything you need. Bedroom for parents with a comfortable king size bad and second bedroom for at least three kids or teens… we did not pull out the trundle. Alison was responsive to my messages and we had a great stay!

Nice location. Showed up at 4pm to check in and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to rest after long drive. The house needs some simple maintenance - carpets are stained and matted, all blinds are broke (some fixed w blue painters tape), lamp missing knob so can’t be turned on, kitchen faucet about to fall off sink, etc.

Wonderful place

Our family stayed here for a long weekend in Pigeon Forge. The small home was a in a nice neighborhood with other rental properties. It was equipped with everything we needed from cooking supplies to bedding and it felt like home for us. We only have a few things we feel could be changed. 1 - bring your own toilet paper, it is kind of rough like most professionally cleaned places, and 2 - we only wish that there were some chairs or something on the back deck to sit and enjoy our coffee. Otherwise, the place was ideal and we would love to stay again. We have already recommended it to some Of our friends who frequent the area.

Nice cottage-sized home in a quiet location

The house is located in a strip of small house/cottages, many appear to be rentals. It's an extremely well-kept area with a community pool easily within walking distance. The AC works great! This house is ideal for families with younger children, as the bunk beds, trundle bed, and sleeper sofa would likely not be comfortable for adults. This location had excellent internet service, TV's, and even a small box of DVD's appropriate for a wide age range. There are plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils for cooking a wide variety of meals. This cottage certainly met out needs, from grandfather to kindergartener.

Cozy house close to the action

First, I must say that this was not our initial choice, but because our cabin in the mountains was canceled at the last minute when the owner sold, we ended up renting this house instead. After arriving, we couldn't have been happier (unless it would have been perched on a mountaintop 😉). The accommodations were wonderful, the gas fireplace was a nice touch, it was easy to find, and very easy to access anything in Pigeon Forge. Our coffee drinking guests were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of coffee and a coffee maker. The baking utensils were quickly put to use making a breakfast casserole. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and the microwave and dishwasher (with soap pods) made reheating and cleaning up a breeze. There was even a washer and dryer that we were able to use for a quick load of laundry when a couple of people realize they hadn't packed enough 😁. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had, and I must say that our vacation turned out better than we could have envisioned. I highly recommend this rental!
