Vue imprenable, dégagée et proche (80 pieds) sur l'océan Pacifique et la plage voisine. Vous pouvez entendre l'océan rugir la nuit. Pas de toits à regarder (comparer et voir nos concurrents). Au 8ème étage. Construit et acheté en 2009, plan d'étage efficace. Matériaux et mobilier de qualité, y compris une belle collection d'artistes locaux. Orientation parfaite au soleil NE, chaud en hiver, frais en été.
Situé à Recreo, qui est un quartier résidentiel vallonné pittoresque et sûr, à quelques pas de la plage, des magasins de pain, des pizzerias, des pharmacies, des petites épiceries, plusieurs cafés, boulangeries et autres petits stands de poisson frais, de légumes et de fruits ainsi que quelques petits restaurants.
Très bien situé: pas bondé comme le quartier central de Viña par le centre commercial Marina Arauco où la circulation pourrait être horrible. Vous pouvez prendre 15 minutes à pied de la rue Valparaíso où vous trouverez de nombreux magasins, cafés, parcs et places et des parcs comme La Quinta Vergara.

Utilisez UBER pas cher ou leurs «colectivos» qui sont des taxis partagés, un transport vraiment pas cher. La propriété est située entre deux stations de métro, vous pouvez marcher et visiter Valparaiso ou aller à l'intérieur. Il y a 20 stations de métro de «Estación Puerto» à Estación Limache », à environ 30 miles de trajet. Soyez prêt à marcher et utilisez votre voiture de location pour voyager à l'extérieur de la région. Le parking est cher et pas trop disponible. La plage de baignade de Caleta Abarca est également très proche, à 5 à 10 minutes à pied. Vous pouvez faire une balade à vélo sur la colline en vous connectant à une piste cyclable pavée côté océan en provenance de Valparaiso jusqu'à Vina del Mar et Reñaca.

Excellent stay excellent view

This was the perfect family getaway over New Year’s Eve! The location was great with easy access to the beach, coffee shops and minimarts and great views of the fireworks. The place was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Host was communicative and gave recommendations and even was able to get an extra parking spot for us in the garage. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fabulous apartment, location and hosts

This was a wonderful place to stay in Vina Del Mar. The hosts were extremely helpful and accessible and helped make our stay comfortable and fun. The apartment was extremely clean and well set up. It is compact but well laid out and very comfortable. The view is fabulous. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back!

Very well appointed and spacious apartment with great views overlooking the bay. Quiet building with 24/7 concierge on duty. Underground parking provided was a must in this neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable pot, pan, glass and dish. Appliances were all high quality and in good working order. Beds, linens and towels were high quality and plentiful. Enclosed balcony with nice furniture was an added plus. Did not use pool or other available amenities. Also appreciated was Angela, the local property manager who met us on arrival and ensured an easy transition into the unit.

Elegant Apartment with a Beautiful Ocean View

We had an amazing weeklong stay in this gorgeous apartment with a spectacular ocean view. Everything was beautifully furnished and recently renovated. It had all of the essentials we needed for a very comfortable and welcoming stay. The front desk staff was always warm and welcoming and the check-in & check-out process was extremely efficient. Any questions we had was answered very quickly and we appreciated all of the care Francisco and his staff provided to us throughout our visit. You will not be disappointed with this fantastic apartment and very walkable neighborhood. We hope to return very soon.

Beautiful view, nice neighborhood

If you’re thinking about staying in Vina del Mar for New Year’s this is the place to be. The large windows and glassed-in balcony have a perfect view of kilometers of waterfront along which massive fireworks celebrations occur.The apartment itself is clean and compact, with everything one needs for a stay of a week or more. We felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a doorman 24 hours (although they didn’t challenge us, even when they hadn’t seen us before). There are several minimarts, bakeries, and restaurants within a few blocks. A beach is nearby, but there is a large road directly in front of the apartment’s building that makes getting to the beach a bit more complicated (e.g., crossing that big road with little kids would not be fun!). The noise from the road also meant that we kept most windows shut most of the time, but it was not otherwise bothersome. The property manager was kind and helpful and made everything easy.We would certainly stay here again.

Lovely view

The kitchen in the apartment was extremely well stocked and even included a spice rack which we used when cooking. The appliances were modern and in good order. The washer and dryer were very quiet and efficient. The bedrooms while small were comfortable. The apartment was cheerfully decorated and felt homey. There were games for the kids to play and DVDs to watch. The terrace was bright and has a great view of the ocean. We all enjoyed using the binoculars which were provided. My daughter used the gym equipment only once and complained it was not in good repair. The swimming pool was kept clean. My only complaint was the street noise which lasted 24 hours a day and restricted the enjoyment of hearing the surf.

Penelope, Thanks for your great comments. Architectural standards in Chile and Europe are typically smaller than in the USA. 96m2 is considered a mid size condo, but the ergonomics/distribution of this apartment make it very comfortable. In fact we love its size that fits 6 comfortably. Our home in MN its a 5,000SF white elephant were cleaning is a major task. This apartment can easily be cleaned in a couple hours. I am sorry about the gym equipment was not in good repair, that is unapceptable, I will send my complaint to the administration ASAP. In regards to the street noise, we are above the highway, for that we keep the windows closed and forget about it. I am very open regarding this "defect" in the website where I declare "If you like complete seclusion and traffic noise free stay, this is NOT the place you are looking for". The apartment felt like someone's home, fully equipped, it even had screwdrivers in case someone needed one. We used it as a Basecamp so we didn't explore the neighborhood (which seems residential) We used a car to get around. Thank you for letting us use your home!

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment with an incredible view. Very well equipped and with quality furniture. Exceptionally clean. Angela was always available if we had questions. We spent 6 weeks and cooked a lot. The area is residential and there are some little shops (bakery, groceries, hairdressers), downtown is a long walk away but it is easy and cheap to go around with Uber. The highway is noisy, and can be an issue for some at night in the main room but not in the other two rooms. For us the view compensates for the inconvenience. The small pool is nice for the sunny days. We enjoyed very much our stay.

Angela is a wonderful host - welcoming and extremely organized. She has literally thought of everything you might need for a comfortable stay and ensured it is available. The apartment is exactly as advertised - clean, well stocked, comfortable and stylishly furnished. The location is fantastic, an easy walk to bakeries, cafes and the like. Buses, colectivos, trams and taxis to Vina del Mar and Valparaiso are also within an easy walk. Finally, the view from the enclosed balcony is amazing!!!

We purchased this unit for my family of 6. We travel to Chile at least once a year and my wife and I sometimes 2 times a year. Staying with relatives is wonderful but not very comfortable. We included all the conveniences of a well-equipped home in the US, that typically are not included in Chilean vacation rentals. Believe me!! We like summers and also winters in Chile, really any season is great near the ocean. This property is located close to everything and well connected to high-speed highways, subway and public transportation of all sorts. We like to have access to the city and the many beaches plus a majestic truly unobstructed, first in line view to the Pacific Ocean. We like the good food and wines of Chile and its gorgeous landscape plus skiing in winter, you have to check it out. Various ski resorts are close enough for a days trip, get up early and be at the hill by 9 AM (2.5 hours trip). Viña del Mar is one of Chile's most fashionable beach resorts and a great place to take a vacation if you want to go to the beach and relax. The town was founded in 1874 as a weekend retreat and garden residence for the wealthy elite from Valparaíso and Santiago, and it has remained a top beach destination for Santiaguinos ever since.
