Two large bedrooms with ample closets, the Master Bedroom with king-size bed which offers scenic vistas by day or star filled skies at night, with sliding doors that open to the private balcony to enjoy the breeze. Access to the pools and facilities of Pueblo Bonito Resorts is not guaranteed. This benefit is officially reserved for property owners, and while exceptions are sometimes made, it depends on resort occupancy and management discretion.

Guests are, however, welcome to visit and dine at the restaurants within the Pueblo Bonito Resorts.



Guest Access:

Each building in Copala (7 in total) has its own pool, plus as our guest you are welcome into Copala Club House featuring pool, hot tub, and gym. Of course you can just take a 10 minute ride to magnificent Quivira Golf Course



The Neighborhood:

Copala is located within Quivira, a Luxury development on the North area of Cabo San Lucas. Quivira features a Jack Nicklaus golf course, two Five Star Resorts (Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica), Quivira Club House with a Prime Steak Restaurant, plus other two high end residential communities. All surrounded by perfect landscaping and roads for a morning walk or a run.



Getting Around:

Copala offers transportation within Quivira, all you have to do is call Copala Concierge. Also, there is transportation available to Cabo / Medano beach from PB Sunset Beach to PB Rose (reservation through Concierge recommended). Please note that transportation is subject to availability and sometimes waiting times are very long.

There is a $6 USD charge per ride for the shuttle use.



Renting a car is very convenient and parking is complimentary at the premises.



Being Quivira a Resort area, Uber entrance is a bit restricted, consult Copala Concierge before booking Uber into the development.

Parking is complimentary at the premises if you rent a car.

Copala is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including Club House and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 2025, to support local sustainability

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



Remember this property is Dog-Friendly đŸ¶ (15lbs or smaller), we need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog, an extra $100 USD cleaning fee (per dog) will apply with no exception, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines

An incredible stay in an exclusive resort. If you're looking for endless fun with top service and security this is your place. They were available to help any step of the way. Highly recommend for any time of year and will definitely stay again. Thank you for an amazing time.

Nice views

The condo was as described, view was beautiful, the surrounding community was impeccable and the staff everywhere was very helpful. I applaud Angie, she was my go to person...she was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable , kitchen was stocked with bear essentials so if you're staying a while be sure to stock up before arrival, the location is very isolated and no place to shop. We didn't have any problems using the shuttles but I highly suggest renting a car, EVERYTHING is spread out. FYI, golf tee time is booked out 3-4 weeks, Club House restaurant is booked out about a week. My one HUGE complaint was the construction noise and dirt. There were 3 houses in close proximity to our unit, the noise and dirt started everyday except Sunday at 8:30 and stopped at 5:30, be prepared.
