Welcome to koolkondo where you will experience luxury vacation rentals at its finest. Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury!

Aloha and welcome to Poipu Shores A404. This unit consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and stunning views from the balcony.  A true oceanfront location with unobstructed, breath-taking views of the Pacific ocean and the Poipu coastline. Sunsets, turtles and the waves crashing are daily sight to see. Onsite there is a fresh water heated pool. This top floor unit has elevator access. 

Poipu Shores is also within walking distance to Poipu Beach, Keoniloa Bay, Shipwrecks beach, and Brenneckes restaurant, and a short drive to historic Koloa Town.The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. All beach gear available as well. Our on island manager is available to make your dream vacation spectacular!

Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.

Great place

Great stay. Only thing guest shower kept coming off the track and glass on balcony was in need of cleaning. Overall it was a great location and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Absolutely Gorgeous views.

My husband, sister and I stayed here for 8 of our 14 nights in Kauai. The condo was as described and met our needs. Our favorite part was the awesome views while sitting on our balcony. Loved watching the sea turtles and crashing waves into the lava rocks in front of us. Also, a plus is the short walk to PoiPu Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely terrific. The view from the balcony was amazing - we saw dolphins, turtles, and monk seals. The condo itself met our needs perfectly. Highly recommend!

Magnificent view overlooking the ocean in Poipu. This huge condo is equipped with floor to ceiling glass in corner of complex with high ceilings and stylish furnishings. Modern and clean design and kitchen. There are two masters situated away from each other each with comfortable king size beds with fine linens and pillows. Bathrooms were excellent and the balcony fabulous. Whole place was spotless. I would gladly stay again. If you want to feel special or celebrate something you won’t find a better home on the south shore. Close to everything. Highest rating and no quibbles.

Amazing vacation!

This condo was perfect! It had everything we needed. I am pretty sure that the condo had the best pool on the island. Right by the ocean, salt water, and so clean. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

The condo was exactly as pictured, and in-person felt even more welcoming than images could portray. Stocked with most things you'd need to enjoy a trip to Kauai, we felt very comfortable the entire time. Clean, well lit, and ready for our arrival - we appreciate the smooth experience! Highly recommended, and we'll look to book again in the future.

Amazing location and incredible views....older property but clean and comfortable. Only negative was the A/C....the cross-breeze is somewhat limited so 2nd bedroom can be a bit uncomfortable even with multiple fans.

Great location

The location was ideal. Parking was a challenge with a slightly larger vehicle. Property was functional but did need some maintenance with respect to sliding doors. The kitchen could use a few more mixing bowls. Minor items for a beautiful location.

Wonderful!

Gorgeous views - saw turtles, spinner dolphins and even a whale from balcony! Beautiful 360 views and privacy. Lovely welcome bowl of coffee and cookies and hand cart with 5 Tommy B chairs, 3 umbrellas, biggie boards and even snorkels! Also lots of clean towels, shampoo, body wash and laundry supplies. Only thing I would suggest are more AC units - def one in smaller room- and I wish the pool (which is deep and huge) stayed open later than sundown. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful day…

The location of this condo could not be better, sitting on the top floor, less than 75 feet from the crashing surf of the ocean! The property was clean, if somewhat dated, but the space was overall well, equipped and comfortable. The responsiveness and communication with, the manager, COREY, was outstanding. We are already planning our return visit next year...

Spectacular Location

Spectacular view. Great location: beach, turtles, restaurants, golf, etc. Temp management could be an issue, especially if more than two people. Portable unit in main bedroom works fine. Back bedroom is hot and gets all the exterior noise. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Good view, poor condition and service

Best thing about the stay is the view, it is spectacular and easy walk to two main beaches in Poipu. Condition of the property is poor and by far worst in my 5+ stays in Poipu. Broken doors, knobs, electrical outlets that short, ac is a little unit in primary headroom.

Beautiful soothing location

The condo was gorgeous - outstanding location. When we first looked at the unit online we paused for a second seeing someone describe the waves as too loud. Just the opposite! They were beautiful and soothing. Lots of thoughtful extras (towels, umbrella, chairs, snorkeling gear for the beach)in the unit and very responsive to questions about the area. Even gracious and thoughtful amenities like soft toilet paper and well stocked kitchen. Thanks - we'd be overjoyed to return again!

First visit to Kauai

This was a perfect condo for our first visit to Kauai. Amazing location with lanai overlooking ocean with views of turtles and dolphins. Close walk to beach for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Everything for beach fun supplied in unit. Unit is clean. Comfortable beds. Only a/c unit is in Main bedroom and could use more. Pots and pans are poor for cooking but kitchen is well supplied. No extras for cooking have to supply own spices, condiments,etc. Washer and dryer in unit really useful for daily beach clean up. Parking spaces are plentiful but a little tight. Best for midsize or smaller vehic
