Bienvenue à Kauai Hale Kai at Poipu Sands. Poipu Sands unité 313 est un luxe de deux chambres / deux salles de bain, du niveau du sol copropriété avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Poipu Sands est juste à côté de la propriété Grand Hyatt Resort.

Poipu Sands dispose d'une grande piscine chauffée avec une extrémité profonde et Lap Lane. Il est environ une seconde marche 15 à la piscine et à moins de 10 minutes à pied de Shipwreck Beach au Keoneloa Bay.

Notre maison de vacances non-fumeurs meublé et mis à jour, avec des plafonds de 9 pieds, est parfait pour quatre à six personnes. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, surdimensionné baignoire / douche et une véranda. La chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit king-size avec salle de bains attenante. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit queen size de sommeil. Il ya un style de l'hôtel coffre-fort dans le placard de la salle pour votre commodité. Le condo a une laveuse et sécheuse, Internet haute vitesse et 3 télévisions LCD à écran plat, avec câble (deux chambres et salon). Les chaises de plage, serviettes de plage raquettes de tennis et planches de bodyboard sont également fournis.

Moins d'un mile de marche, profiter de 3 plages, Shipwreck Beach, Plage Brennecke et Poipu Beach, souvent notés de la plage n ° 1 dans le monde par la chaîne Voyage. Profitez de plongée en apnée à Poipu Beach Park et bodyboard à la Plage Brennecke et Shipwreck Beach. Toutes les plages sont grands pour profiter du soleil pendant que vous jouez. Il existe deux grands terrains de golf à proximité, Poipu Bay et Kiahuna Golf Club. Également à quelques minutes en voiture est le shopping, la gastronomie, et le tennis.

Profitez du soleil, observation des baleines mi Nov-mi Avril, les tortues de mer, les phoques moines, des dauphins, Profitez de levers de la copropriété et de couchers de soleil, moins d'un mile à pied de Plage Brennecke. Nous avons un court de tennis privé à Poipu Sands et une ct 8. complexe de tennis à Poipu Kai. Marchez le long de la ceinture de verdure pour se rendre aux plages. Poipu Sands a également plusieurs barbecues à gaz Weber disponibles pour griller votre dîner.

This is perhaps the most well stocked clean and organized VRBO my family have ever used. I’m so happy that we went to the house before going shopping and we’re pleasantly surprised to see all the kid toys, books, beach, toys, towels, reusable shopping bags, and toiletries available. Host was very responsive every single time we reached out during the booking process or a while at the house. The pool is just a short walk from the house. We never went to the main rental property to use the hot tub. We really enjoyed the path. My daughter and I walked it every morning to enjoy the sunrise. Grills were super clean and easy to use in both locations. Overall a great option for families with kids of all ages. Only thing that would improve the house is two small window AC units for just the bedrooms at night.

This is hands-down the best-equipped vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything needed for cooking, relaxing, and island life was thoughtfully provided—it truly felt like staying in a private home rather than a typical rental. Such an amazing place to relax and have fun with the family

We stayed at Jenni's condo for a week and had an amazing time. The condo is in a great location, barely 5 mins walk to Shipwreck beach and a few mins drive to Poipu beach. The resort pool is beautiful and very close to the condo. The condo is really well stocked with beach/pool toys, towels, tons of kitchen utensils - everything you need for a relaxing stay with the family!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful trip with a large family group occupying this floor unit and another floor unit. The kids could run back and forth safely, chase lizards, swim with the adults. It was simply heaven! Great location.

This condo was perfect for our family! Had everything we needed and even more! My daughter is a goalkeeper for soccer and she found a soccer ball, she was sold. Condo was clean, location was phenomenal and check in was a breeze. Thank you for a memorable vacation. We will be staying here on our next Kauai adventure.

Sitting on the patio drinking coffee during the sunrise is exactly why you want to stay here. The perfect place to relax with everything you need for staying in or visiting the beach only a minute away. Definitely coming back!

Jenni was wonderful to communicate with. We had no issues with directions or entering the unit. This unit is very attractive. It’s been updated and very roomy. Beautiful is the word. It’s definitely one of the best units we have stayed at. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. I loved the large refrigerator! The closet has many items for going to the beach including chairs, toys for kids, and a cart to tow it all to the beach. The location is perfect for going to Shipwreck Beach and the Heritage Trail along the cliffs. The pool is heated, but with the cooler weather we didn’t use it very often, preferring to go sit on the beach and watch the waves. It’s a little longer walk to Poipu Beach Park but we had no troubles walking the distance. We are in our mid 70’s and enjoyed the ground floor unit. I highly recommend Jenni’s condo. We would stay here again if it was available. Mahalo Jenni. It was a fantastic visit.

Another perfect stay in Poipu

The property was well located and had just about every amenity you can think of. It was clean and very handy for the conference at the Grand Hyatt I was attending. I will definitely stay here again if I can, next time out meeting is in Poipu. The only thing that was less than perfect for the week was the weather, but we can't do anything about that!

perfect location

This is one of the most well equipped vacation rental that we've ever stayed at. All you could ask for and then some. From the well equipped kitchen , the Bbq supplies , and beach chairs and umbrellas, this unit has it all. And of course the peaceful and beautiful view was very relaxing. I'd highly recommend this VRBO . We had a very nice stay. thank You.

Very convenient to Poipu Hyatt meetings

We selected this home due to proximity to the Hyatt and the very favorable and accurate reviews. It was a pleasant 5 minute walk to my daily CME meetings at the Poipu Grand Hyatt. Every convenience was available and enjoyed. The lack of air conditioning might not suit those with poor tolerance for warm climates, but we felt fine.

Great location! Walking distance to Shipwreck beach and 5 minute drive to other beaches. Poipu beach great for all ages! The condo was very well equipped. Everything you need. Very comfortable and felt like home.. No air conditioning but plenty of fans everywhere.

Perfect Place!

What a great vacation! Wonderful condo with all needed amenities and more! Lots of beach gear ( towels, chairs, and boogie boards) well as books, games, puzzles and cards. Beds comfortable , towels nice! Well stocked kitchen appliances and pots/pans for cooking. Also with great communication with owner/manager of condo. Definitely would recommend this condo and stay here again!

beautiful property

location is great, with stunning sunrises, and hearing the soothing sound of the waves, especially at night..Also how the friendly birds that come right up to you on the lanai...My favorites were the zebra doves (smallest of doves) and the cardinals..The pool is fantastic and the bbq's grills worked out nice...Saved alot of money cooking our own food..Shipwreck beach is ok, but beware, very strong waves and undertows...Overall, we loved staying here...Thanks

Great place to stay

The condo was very clean and very well stocked. There were two small issues though. The coffee pot overflowed twice on us and we had trouble with the remote in the bedroom for the fan and light. It may just need new batteries. Otherwise, everything was great. We really enjoyed it.

Couldn't Be Better!

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely condo. It was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need or want ~ from pool/beach toys/chairs/towels to a fully stocked kitchen, this condo had it! The location was perfect! Not only the location of Poipu but also the location within the Poipu Sands complex. The condo is steps away from the large pool, BBQ, and the ocean. You're within minutes of great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! We would recommend this property without a doubt!
