You'll love spending time outdoors at this large 5BR/2BA Wellfleet home, located on three wooded acres with a 50’ wraparound deck. Fire up the grill for a barbeque and enjoy views of the lovely pools and wildlife.

Pack for the beach — the golden sands of White Crest Beach and Cahoon Hollow Beach are just over a 5-minute drive. Duck Pond (a 10-minute stroll) also has a small sandy beach, and the calm waters are great for swimming.

Downtown Wellfleet is a 7-minute drive for restaurants, galleries, and shops. Order world-famous Wellfleet Oysters at the Pearl at Wellfleet Harbor.

End days relaxing in a large living room with cathedral ceilings, or rack up the pool table in the lower-level living room and bar.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Charming artwork and hardwood floors are featured throughout the home, with plenty of space to unwind.

In the main living area, large windows overlook the wooded yard. In the afternoon, the sunlight pours into this room, with plenty of seating between a couch, loveseat and three chairs. Watch a movie on the flat screen TV. On cool evenings, kick back by the wood-burning stove.

Downstairs, a large game room has a 4-person bar, full-size pool table, and comfy seating between a couch and two chairs.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a suite of stainless steel appliances, and handy extras - including a Keurig machine. Share meals around a dining table for eight.

Outside, relax on a sprawling wraparound deck and take in the views of the woodlands. Claim a sun lounger, fire up the gas grill, or gather for afternoon drinks around the glass top table with seating for eight. There's also a balcony at the front of the property that seats two.

The house offers sleeping space for 10 guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a love seat, and a double door closet. A second bedroom offers two twin beds, and a large closet. Opposite, a third bedroom features a full-size bed, large closet, and sofa for sitting with morning coffee.

A fourth bedroom on has two twin beds and a closet. A tucked-away fifth bedroom comes with a full-size bed and a double door closet. There are two guest bathrooms: one with a tub/shower combination and another with a walk-in shower.

Added perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. The driveway offers parking for four cars.

THE LOCATION

Your home is close to some of Cape Cod's most glorious beaches, including the golden shores of White Crest Beach - a 7-minute drive away. This stretch of coast is popular with surfers, and is known for stunning sunrises.

Arrange a fishing trip at Wellfleet Charter - an 8-minute drive. Downtown Wellfleet is only a 7-minute drive for restaurants, galleries and shops.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
