This is our second year staying here! They are such a lovely family and very easy to communicate with should an issue arise. The bedrooms were lovely, the playground was great for kids, the living room is spacious. The location cannot be beat!

This house is in a wonderful location. It is perfectly set up for a family. Our family ranged from 75 yo to 16 months. It is very close to the ponds, the ocean beach, and a short drive to town and the harbor and bay beaches.

We found the house comfortable and worked perfectly for our group. The location is perfect; close to beaches, town and a number of activities. We enjoyed the property and a great vacation.

Our family had a great week in Wellfleet. Everything was as expected via the listing. Communication was smooth and Indranil responded quickly and was very helpful. I appreciated his careful responses to our needs for the toddler in our family. She loved the "playground" right at her doorstep! The convenience of a washer/dryer was great with an infant and toddler. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My two life long friends and I had a wonderful time at this home in Wellfleet. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be renting this lovely home again.

This place was perfect for what we were looking for! Short drive/bike ride to beaches and downtown area. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Outdoor fire pit area was a huge hit. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

We had a wonderful stay with our entire family. There were plenty things to do in the area and plenty of space for us to fit 6 adults and 3 children. Our host sent clear and easy check in instructions, things to do and details about the house. Our kids loved the playground and we were close to lots of things to do. Would stay again!

Great yard!

My two grandchildren (2 and 6) loved the outdoor area—swing set, playhouse, fire pit. Everyone loved the fire pit. Great for making s’mores. And the outdoor shower is the best on the Cape. Very comfortable house in a great location.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here. Location and outside space are fantastic! Very, very clean and supplied well. Homeowner was very available. This property is peaceful and private and minutes from both the beach and kettle pond. The TV room and kitchen were a bit small for all eight of us, but the dining room table was large and perfect! Definitely recommend this home.

My family stayed at this location for spring break. It was perfect. Everything was beautiful, we had enough space to be together and alone when needed. Close to beaches, ponds, restaurants and highway. The house was well stocked, clean, updated, warm and friendly feeling and the host was always attentive and accessibleI hope to return here one day

Fully-equipped home near the beach with modern amenities and lovely owners to work with!

We had a wonderful time enjoying our Thanksgiving at this lovely home. The layout of the home was great for our family gathering. The owner, Indranil, was more than accommodating and welcoming. The included linens, smart TVs and wi-if, as well as the fully-equipped kitchen were appreciated bonuses! We would highly recommend this secluded, yet close to the beach home.

Hello Charles, I want to express my gratitude for choosing to stay with us, and I appreciate the opportunity to host you. I understand your concerns, and I'd like to clarify that, as outlined in the Vrbo breakdown before booking, $400 of the $700 in fees covers Cape Cod Massachusetts state tax and Vrbo charges, none of which gets paid to me. Now, ensuring a thorough and impeccable cleaning for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house involves costs that exceed what I charge guests, and actually I personally cover the difference. Besides the full house deep cleaning, this cost includes professional dry cleaning of all linens and towels after each use. Cape Cod is a seasonal tourist destination and costs of hired helps are very high. Having said that, ensuring top notch cleanliness and hygiene, without compromise, is essential to me. I hope you recognize my efforts to strike a balance between providing an exceptional experience for guests and managing associated costs. I do appreciate your feedback. Perfect for a group

The house has plenty of room for three couples to spread out and be comfortable. The guests especially loved the comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. We love the location, close to Wellfleet center as well as the ponds and ocean beaches. As convenient as the property is to popular spots, it is private and quiet. The owner was very responsive to our questions and was easy to reach.

Loved this home!

This was the perfect vacation home for our multigenerational family, with plenty of room to relax inside and outdoors (including great fire pit for s’mores!). Wonderfully clean and well-equipped, with enough space for three couples and an outdoor play space that my grandchild loved! We walked to Gull Pond and Moby Dicks, and enjoyed early morning runs to Newcomb Hollow. Location is super-convenient. Indranil is a fantastic host, very responsive and shared very helpful info. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Wellfleet experience

Everything was in order when we arrived so (self) check in was a breeze. I loved the location but really loved the central A/C after the beds (they were the best I've ever found on cape vacations). Very good appliances in the kitchen where several of us could cook together, too. The deck was a popular space for grilling, eating and hanging. In the evenings, the cable service provided some great family movie time. Living room was a bit tight but comfortable enuf. The host and house are keepers.

Spacious Wellfleet Rental with Great Outdoor Space

This Wellfleet house worked great for 4 adults and 4 kids! The swing set and outdoor patio are super awesome as is the outdoor shower after coming home from the beach. The house is super convenient to all the ponds and beaches. The beds were all SUPER comfy with soft bedding. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner/manager was super responsive to the few issues we had (there was a pretty major water leak while we were there and he was able to get it fixed in the same day and got us dinner for our inconvenience!) A few things worth noting: there's not a ton of hot water so for 8 people staying there you can't all shower back to back, the living room couch is ok for 3-4 people but not for all 8 of us to hang out, and the floors aren't insulated so you can hear everything above you from the two lower floors.
