Welcome to 15E - A stunning veranda unit with your own 1,000 sq foot private deck with 180 degree views overlooking the ocean, beachfront and bay. You'll find new chaise lounges, a conversation set with deep and comfortable cushions, outdoor table and chairs for both sunset and sunrise views. 15E is one (1) of only 10 Veranda units in the entire building.
This oceanfront condo is full of updates that were completed in 2021 including completely remodelled bathrooms with new vanities and flooring, updated lighting and new commodes in both bathrooms; in the kitchen you'll find a new refrigerator, microwave and backsplash, along with beautiful counter height stools for the breakfast bar. The primary bedroom has breathtaking views of the ocean, and you'll find new decor throughout the condo including new streaming TVs in the bedrooms, and high-speed WiFi for your convenience. Additional features include an open living and dining space with a flatscreen TV, a private washer/dryer, and air conditioning to keep you cool all summer.
Linens (towels and sheets) are provided by vacasa so you don't have to bring your own, as well as a welcome amenity kit with soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels and toilet paper. In addition, there are wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower making your travel that much easier.
The refreshing pool overlooks the beach and ocean so you get the best of both worlds. The Pyramid is walking distance to many restaurants and activities - fun for the whole family.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.

The bathrooms have showers only (no tubs)
A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space.
No smoking.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
