Si vous aimez les vues spectaculaires, cette unité luxueuse est ce que vous recherchez. Vue panoramique sur l'océan, la baie et tout Ocean City. Vous pouvez voir jusqu'à Bethany. Le 4 juillet, vous aurez des sièges au premier rang pour le feu d'artifice. Cette unité a toutes les fenêtres en verre de la salle à manger jusqu'au salon. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous et profitez de la vue panoramique. Il est bien entretenu avec une cuisine améliorée et plus encore. Vous apprécierez votre séjour et voudrez revenir l'année prochaine! Il s'agit d'un condo de 2 chambres, 6 couchages, et dispose d'un canapé-lit queen. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes. La chambre principale a un lit California King, la 2ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Les draps et serviettes / linge de toilette ne sont pas fournis. Cependant, j'offre un paquet de draps / serviettes comprenant tous les ensembles de lit pour un supplément de 120 $. Veuillez m'envoyer un message et demander cette dépose et ramassage à service complet pratique à l'unité. 3 téléviseurs dans le salon et un téléviseur 26 ”et 18” dans chacune des chambres. DVD / magnétoscope, CD / iPOD stéréo, câble, WIFI GRATUIT, téléphone, climatisation centrale, laveuse / sécheuse. Une place de parking pour Prime time, plus en hors saison. Hors saison, du 16 octobre au 30 avril!
Dans la saison du 1er mai au 15 octobre, des frais de stationnement en espèces de 50 $ et d'utilisation du bâtiment sont dus au gardien de sécurité du complexe de condominiums Capri. La place de parking est 211.
Aucun espace de stationnement assigné hors saison. Un parking gratuit est offert au Gold Coast Mall ou au parking de la bibliothèque publique pour un petit supplément. Les deux emplacements se trouvent de l'autre côté de la route côtière, à distance de marche du complexe Capri.
Cette unité est maintenue dans un état supérieur pour que vous et vos proches puissiez passer des vacances inoubliables.

Perfect location for a more relaxed beach trip. Short 15ish mins drive/uber to the boardwalk. The panoramic views of both the bay AND beach are incredible. The photos truly don't do this place justice. It was much larger than we had anticipated. The only downside was needing to bring our own bed linens and pillow cases (which the host communicated with us prior.) Some of the bedroom walls had scuffs and scrapes (nothing a magic eraser can't fix.) Fantastic natural light, a large kitchen and tons of amenities to substitute a rainy beach day. All in all, we'd look at staying here again in the future.

We had a lovely time. Views were beautiful! My only complaint would be that the description of the property could use updating. There were things listed as being there that were not. But that is my only complaint, communication with the host was excellent, the condo was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The tops: floor to ceiling windows and abbalcony view of both the ocean AND the bay, comfortable beds, cozy rooms, easy access to the beach...it was a rainy weekend so we used almost all of the amenities: indoor pool, saunas, game room with ping pong, basketball hoop, pool tables, video games. Excellent host.

Everything was exactly as described. Small hiccup when we arrived with the linen and cleaning company, but they were quick to resolve!! Location was great, steps to the beach and not far from the boardwalk!!

OC Solutions is my linen and towel service team and cleaning/maintenance team as well and will correct and solve discrepancies as fast as they can. I’m happy you enjoyed the conveniences of my condo close the boardwalk and the beach only steps away because the Capri Condominium is located directly on the beach. I hope to accommodate you very soon again maybe during the approaching off season. OC offers wonderful attractions in fall and winter and spring where most businesses remain open.

Sometimes you get the feeling being on the sand without actually being on the sand since the balcony is almost just above the beach. The 14th floor provides a gaze a few blocks down
