Take in majestic mountain views from the private balcony and double deck. Take a quick drive to Vail Mountain and the Cascade Chair Lift. Or leave the car behind and catch the bus; the closest stop is located 0.5 miles from your home.
LIVING AREA
The cozy living room offers plenty of space to relax, furnished with a couch, two leather armchairs, and a sitting area. Watch shows on the 55â flat-screen smart TV with cable while enjoying the warm ambience of the wood-burning fireplace (wood provided). Step out onto the private deck for sweeping panoramas of the mountains.
An additional gathering space on the lower level features a 50â flat-screen TV with Roku, a couch, and access to the deck.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 42â flat-screen smart TV over the fireplace. Bonuses include a double oven and a six-burner gas stove. Convenient gadgets include a coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, blender, and kettle.
Whenâs itâs time to eat, gather at the stately table with seating for up to ten, or at the breakfast bar with seating for four.

A half bath is located next to the kitchen on the first floor.

Take in stunning views of the peaks of Vail on the double deck and balcony. The upper-level deck has seating for six, a gas grill, and heat lamp, while the spacious lower-level deck overlooks Gore Creek.

Parking is available for up to four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Driveway may be difficult to maneuver when multiple cars present. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Extra perks include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth Bose speaker, and a Nest thermostat. Family-friendly amenities include a Pack nâ Play, books, high chair, and proximity to a communal playground.
THE LOCATION
Located just 1 mile away, enjoy easy access to Vailâs Cascade Chair Lift, or spend the day at Donovan Park.
A bus stop is conveniently located at the bottom of the street (12-minute walk), providing quick transportation to Lionshead, Avon, and Beaver Creek.
