Unwind in front of the fireplace on the leather sleeper sofa, or curl up on the matching love seat and watch a movie on the 55" Roku Smart TV. Fully stocked with all the gadgets you’ll need to prepare your favorite foods, the modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double sink. Fuel up for the day with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for two, or gather for a hearty breakfast at the dining table set for six.

This home sleeps six guests total in two bedrooms. The queen sleeper sofa provides an added option in the main living area. The primary suite features a king-size bed and a 40” Roku Smart TV as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a flat screen 40" Roku Smart TV TV. Around the corner, a guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy a plethora of on-site recreational amenities. Play match at the tennis courts, then treat yourself to a dip in the pool and hot tub. For more pampering, make your way to the sauna. Once you've worked up an appetite, head to your private balcony and fire up the grill for an al fresco meal. Extra guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, parking for two vehicles, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

A prime locale with quick access to premier skiing and mountain sports. A free shuttle to both Beaver Creek and Vail will have you on the slopes in minutes. If you prefer to walk, it’s just 10 minutes to the Riverfront Gondola. In the warmer seasons, paddle board, kayak, swim, and fish at Nottingham Lake -- a pleasant 8-minute walk. For a family outing, drive 14 minutes to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and take your pick from an array of cultural and musical performances. Walk 10 minutes to the charming town of Avon and explore local shops and restaurants. In the morning, hit up Loaded Joe’s for a gourmet hot drink on the covered patio with mountain views, or head there in the evening to enjoy live music. For a real winter treat, make a reservation at Zach’s Cabin where you’ll arrive by an open-air sleigh before dining from an upscale menu -- an experience not to be missed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
