Top floor private, modern & updated 3 bed, 2 bath condo minutes to BC & Vail.
Welcome to this modern, quiet and tastefully decorated top floor unit (1,390 sq ft) with plenty of natural light nestled in the heart of Avon. World class skiing and hiking are very close, just 12 minutes to Vail (9 miles) and 6 minutes to Beaver Creek Village (3 miles). There are free Eco buses to Vail just a very short walk from the complex. Restaurants, Nottingham Park and Lake, a par 3 golf course, the Eagle River and the center of Avon are less than 5 minutes. Costco is 24 miles west of the condo. Cozy up by the wood burning fireplace in the recently updated, yet a bit rustic, spacious, and comfortable open concept condo with 2 private decks and stunning mountain views. The top floor unit offers beautiful scenery and privacy but, there is no elevator and it's up 3 flights of stairs. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a private ensuite bathroom with brand new tile floors, along with a deck, and the second bedroom with a queen bed, plus each is equipped with bedroom sets for storage (master bedroom uses hallway closet). New light dimmers have recently been installed in both main level bedrooms am bathrooms. Head up the ladder (please be careful) and youâll discover an awesome loft (bedroom 3) that is a great kids/young adults area which sleeps as many as 6 with 4 twin trundle beds. There is also an additional small private nook in the loft with a new queen bed, altogether sleeping up to 9 people. A pack ân play for babies is in the queen bedroom closet and there are two folding chairs in the queen bedroom closet if you need additional seating for meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your group to whip up some delicious food, then enjoy the meal in the open concept dining and living areas with 17 foot high max wood ceilings. There is a new GE electric oven and 5 burner cooktop, as well a new dining room table and 6 chairs. (Dec. 2025) Weâve also added some plastic ware and dishes for the kids. Sip your morning coffee or tea on the front or back deck with mountain and tree views, then in the evening gather the crew, light a wood fire during colder months and enjoy family movie nights on the 55â Smart TV located in front of the leather couch. There are also 43" Smart TV's in the two main level bedrooms. Streaming apps such as Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu+, Max, Paramount+ & Amazon Prime are available, but you must have your own account to log in.
Our complex is fairly sensitive to noise so please no shoes in the condo or any late night partying, noise or music. (Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am) In addition, we ask if you feel the need to smoke, please do so on either patio. There is absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind inside and we donât allow any pets in the unit, this is strictly enforced. Your consideration and cooperation is appreciated.
There is no access to the garage, but the space in front of the garage door can fit 1 vehicle with ample clearance and is partially covered for your convenience. There is also additional free uncovered parking available in the outdoor lot next to buildings B & C.
