Overall, the stay was perfect at this property. The location from the airport and to Broadway was perfect. Would definitely recommend for large groups too

Excellent Graduation Weekend!

Our stay was really nice and enjoyable! The host diligently made our stay here a weekend to remember. Our children graduation was only less than 10 minutes away, which was certainly a plus for us, considering we had elders parents traveling Overall, we appreciate everything our host provided with their beautiful home. My family and I will definitely stay again

Family Thanksgiving

We loved our stay to celebrate Thanksgiving in Nashville! The house was great and a perfect location. We easily went to grocery stores, Broadway, and Gaylord Opry Resort. The house was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Our family enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.

I stayed at Alyssa’s house in Berry Hill for 3 months when a broken pipe caused me to move out of my house while it was restored. It was perfect. I already knew the area, as it’s close to my house, but this house is a bit closer to downtown than I am. What a GREAT location!! Easy access to downtown and you can walk to Geodis - and Santa’s Pub (a local fav!). I had my dog with me, so the fenced in yard was perfect! There’s also a dog park next to Geodis - AND a doggie day care - all right there! The house is great and maintained with a well stocked kitchen. Alyssa was amazing - very responsive and accommodating. Anything that came up, she was quick to action. I hope I don’t ever need a place to stay in my hometown again, but if I do, this will be my first choice! Highly recommend!!

Beautifully Decorated! Ideal spot for a girls trip!

The perfect amount of space for everyone! Lots of well-lit mirrors for getting ready, and the decor is just the cutest! Easy to communicate with the host - they do a great job of setting you up for success!

Nice size house, good location

House was a perfect size for us. Beds were comfortable, sheets super soft. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Loved that they had plenty of shampoo, body wash. The fridge in the garage with the leftover drinks from past guests was a great idea. Could use a deep clean but overall would stay here again.

Great House for 11 people!

The owner was so responsive, getting back with me in well under 24hrs with all my questions. It’s <15 minutes from downtown Nashville, but the neighborhood seemed very safe.

Nice House, Nice Little Neighborhood

This is a really good house and we enjoyed staying there. The small, fully fenced backyard was great for the smallest of our grandchildren and for our dog, and the small playground behind the house was great for the bigger grand kids. The block is really sweet, we walked around it several times. Food options are close, 12 South is a short drive, and lots of other Nashville things are very close. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs with one bath, so with eight of us (six of us staying upstairs and using the bath) it had a few moments of challenge, but overall, was a great option. It was clean, had most items we wanted/needed and we really enjoyed our stay.

Horrible neighbors

The neighbor literally stood outside and watched us all unload and then remained outside just staring at the house. Weird!! The home was nice land super cute back yard!!l

Birthday Oasis

This was the perfect place for 14 girls to stay at to celebrate a 40th birthday party. The house was in a great location, just outside the hussle and bussle of downtown. We felt very safe. The house was perfect and just what we needed. All 14 of us could take showers on the same day and still have enough hot water. Alyssa was very communicative and responded promptly to my messages. The house was equipped with all the essentials and there were enough sheets, blankets and towels for all. The house was very clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice Home • Short Trip to Downtown

The home was nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay, and the owner was very easy to communicate with and so accommodating from day one of booking. Thank you for a great stay in Music City - We made memories that will last a lifetime all while knowing we were going to be safe and comfy once we made it home!

This house was everything we needed for our weekend.

The property location was great it was a quick six minute Uber ride to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet so that was nice for when we actually got home and did want to go to sleep. We did get to interact with one of the neighbors and their children and they were all very nice. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to get the downtown Nashville sealed but not stay in the action but have a place to escape and relax after their downtown experience.

We had a group of 12 and this fit us comfortably with enough room for everyone to have a place to sleep! Communication with the owner was quick and easy!

Favorite VRBO Home EVER

We absolutely loved staying here. it was so perfect for our bachelorette party! not too far from town but far enough to get a break from the business of the town. the one and only complaint is there was no floor-length mirror which is totally fine we just could check out our outfits!😅
