Escape the crowds and enjoy a peaceful getaway at our cozy tiny home in The Preserve of Texas, a nature-filled community in Cleveland, Texas.

Whether you're planning a family weekend, a couples getaway, a trip with friends or a relaxing vacation with your dogs, our home offers a comfortable place to recharge, explore the outdoors and enjoy time together.

A peaceful setting surrounded by nature
Start your morning with coffee on the covered front porch, listening to the birds and keeping an eye out for deer that occasionally wander through the property.

Spend your afternoon exploring the community's recreational amenities, and return home to grill dinner, unwind in a hammock or relax around the fire pit beneath the Texas sky.

Everything you need in a tiny home
Our 374 sq. ft. home accommodates up to six guests in a compact, thoughtfully arranged space.

Sleeping arrangements include one enclosed bedroom with a queen-size bed, two twin-size bunk beds in the hallway, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bunk beds and sleeper sofa are open sleeping areas rather than separate bedrooms.

The home also includes one bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker, three TVs, air conditioning, Starlink satellite internet and a washer/dryer combo.

Outside, you'll find a covered porch, gas grill, fire pit and hammocks. Guests should bring their own firewood and follow any applicable burn restrictions.

Guests can enjoy eligible shared amenities throughout the community, including swimming pools, sandy beach areas, fishing lakes, walking trails, a splash pad, miniature golf, playground and dog park.

Some attractions are within walking distance, while others require driving through the community. Amenities may operate seasonally and are subject to community rules and availability.

Good to know before booking
The home is located in a rural setting with wildlife and some gravel roads. Road conditions can be uneven after heavy rain.

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., with checkout at noon. A minimum two-night stay applies.

Up to two dogs under 50 pounds each are welcome. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Parties and events are not permitted.
