Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our 75" SMART HDTV, with Amazon Fire Stick with all streaming apps, while you cozy up in front of the wood-burning fireplace (we do provide wood). If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords! Plus, we have great board games, so gather the group around and make memories!

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a meal in our fully stocked kitchen. If dining out, there are many wonderful local restaurants in the area or get the food to go and enjoy it by the fire.
There is a pour-over coffee pot and hot water kettle. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, sugar substitutes, and tea.

The main bathroom has a tub-shower combo and a single vanity with large counter space, located directly off the main bedroom- along with a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

BEDROOM 2 (Location 2nd Floor- Stairs to Access)
The second bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed and a single bed over a queen, a bedside table, a table lamp, extra blankets, and storage.

SHARED BATHROOM (LOCATION 2nd Floor- Stairs to Access)
The shared bathroom has a tub-shower combo, a single vanity, and a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The living room sofa turns into a sofa bed to sleep one. Room Darkening Shades are located in the living room to block out the early morning light!

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space allows you to breathe in the crisp Lake Mammoth air on the private patio. Located in the garage, you will find a BBQ Grill- we provide barbecue utensils. Enjoy the condominium hot tub as you stargaze or step into the shared sauna to relax after a long adventurous day. During the summer, relax in the shared condominium shared pool!

PRIVACY AND LOCATION
Located in a condo complex, despite having neighbors on each side, the space feels very private. You have your own garage access, which is perfect for the winter months.

PARKING:
The private garage has a 7ft clearance and fits one car. The street parking is available for 1 additional car -use parking passes located at the office Building A4 on Mammoth slopes drive. (Total of 2 parking spots)

Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.

By booking this condo, you agree to these house rules- listed below, and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this Home.

House Rules

✔ We ask that you treat our condo with the same respect that you do in your own home.

✔ Please remove shoes before coming into the home.

✔ This is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home. A fee of $800 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.

✔ Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.

✔ Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

✔ Lock the door each time you leave the condo.

✔ If you use the washer/dryer during your stay, please clean out the lint tray.

✔ Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

✔ Please load the dishwasher and press start before departure. You will find detergent under the sink.

✔ Please place all USED towels on the bathroom floor before departure for the cleaning crew

✔ Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets before check-out.
