Had a wonderful stay at this Princeville home. Beautiful property, neighborhood and view. The home was large (huge master, but all rooms were very generous) and well appointed. We enjoyed the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella and cooler). We also loved being close to Hanalei Bay…amazing!!! Thanks for a great stay.

Several members of our extended family came to Kauai to celebrate a big family event, and Rosi was kind enough to welcome us into her beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised that the VRBO photos truly matched reality. Everyone loved the house from the first moment! The house is beautiful, very clean, and in a wonderful location, with beautiful grounds, an ocean view, sunshine, and everything we needed. Our experience with Rosi and the house was excellent. The one thing that didn't go as planned had nothing to do with the house - it was nature. We were affected by Hurricane Lowell during the first part of our stay. Rosi was incredibly helpful, caring, open, and practical before, during, and after the hurricane. She put her guests' safety and comfort first and did everything she could to help us prepare. The house proved to be new, sturdy, and reliable. We sheltered there during the hurricane and came through it extremely well, feeling safe and comfortable. The neighbors and community were also wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and helpful. In the end, we felt like more than just renters. We got to know Rosi and the community, and they became a special part of our vacation. The hurricane was not planned, but nobody regretted the experience. We experienced nature in a way that cannot be bought with money - and also the kindness of people who help each other. We look forward to returning to Princeville and Kauai. Thank you, Rosi, for making our stay so memorable!
